WOOOOOO HOOOOOO You got another one to watch, Mau?! HA HA HA
Stop and visit, talk all you want. Pt. 16
I'll never tell! LOL
DRATS!!! means we have to be MUCH sneakier ya know!!! :o)
UPDATE: Mom is marrying that creep :(( She told my son last night, I'm not supposed to know yet. She is marrying him so she can go visit him. He got sentenced to 4-18 yesterday.... with the judge recommending 9 years minimum because of his prior record.
I'm so disgusted. I did leave a message for my uncle this afternoon, I"m going to tell him, and if she gets mad, well, she'll get over it... she is gonna be mad anyhow, because when she does "officially" tell me the news, I'm not going to hide how I feel about it.
Rant over, I'm going to go throw things now
Hugs,
Janis
Throw away, Janis! I hope it makes you feel better! :o)
Janice go throw some rocks.
Amy, don't feel so bad cause I have become invisible now, too!!!
well, y'know, people here seem to usually pay attention to everyone, but your mileage may vary...
; )
HA HA HA Amy, too funny! :o)
Oh, it wasn't this thread, it was another one.
Oh, Janis, we all feel for you. It is really sad to see someone you love making a big mistake. Don't just throw a pillow---beat the stuffings out of it!
Tammy, I think we all have that feeling of being invisible from time to time. I really don't think any of us should take it personally--just because someone won't grovel at our feet--what do we care? They just don't know what they are missing! LOL
I don't like Omletes, so nannybooboo to you! I had healthy yogurt, did you??
Mau, I'm glad you found the movie you wanted. Krista owns that one also.
Janis, that's awful! I didn't anybody had to be married to visit anyone in prison? Conjugal visits maybe, but just to visit? I'd be throwing things too, but I'd probably have a specific target in mind, if you get my meaning.
What happened to my crayons? You're not playing nice, so I don't want to play anymore☻
Marie, sorry you're sick! I haven't had the flu since I was a kid, knock on wood!!
Never looked at it that way, Mau. But when you are saying basically the same thing as someone else, and said it first, but that person is the only one noticed as saying it.....it is quite frustrating ya know!
See what happens when you start to post something, but nature calls?? Jeepers.
Hi Amy!!
EWWWWWWWWW no yogurt for me!
I didn't give all of them to Celia, I saved em for ya!!! ☻
Then why the sad face if you saved them for me?? You don't want to play with me. That's fine...sniff sniff...
I got a speshul one just for you!!! ♥
now you're patronizing me ☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻ sniff sniff
NUH HUH, I really do have a speshul crayon JUST for you!!! ♣
Terry, because she worked in the prison system, they won't let her visit him unless she marries him.... something about her being a security risk. That is how she MET him, he was an inmate, she was a nurse in the prison ( she lost her job over it)
Janis
This is starting to sound like the Toby Young case we had last year. To a point anyways.
I actually like both yogurt-in small doses, and omlets-ham and cheese are the best.
Oh and all the crayons have to be passed to me so I can melt them and make purty wax pics with them. :~p
Toby Young case??
It's local. A woman who visited a prison in Kansas helped an inmate escape and she went with him and they ran to Tenn. where they were found. I can't remember how she helped him escape but it was pretty clever. She supposedly was in love with him.
I don't follow the logic--your mom would be less of a security risk if she marries the guy???!!!! Huh??? Seems like they would be more worried about her being a security risk if she WAS married to him--more chance that she would want to help him escape. None of it makes any sense to me---not your mom even wanting to visit the guy, much less marry him, and not the prison system saying she has to marry him if she wants to visit him.
Are we going to get in trouble for discussing this? Is it considered a personal issue or current events?
You can melt those crayons and make candles with them, too. Better than coloring on the walls!!! LOL
nite-nite all
NITE Mau, and I agree about using crayons for candles!!! :o)
Oh, have any of you looked at the Eclipse? It is soooooooooooo purty here! :o)
It was pretty Tammy and oh all right, I forgive you ♥ LOL
Janis, the whole thing is really bizarre. Some women will do anything for love I guess. I don't understand it and I don't pretend to understand it. Have you heard from your uncle yet? I don't know what to say, except that I'm very sorry ♥
I don't consider this a current event, it's not like it's something political and in the news all over the nation. If it were, that would be a current event IMHO. I would say this is something personal and I don't see any reason why Janis can't share her pain here, with her friends.
Mau, melting crayons for candles? Huh? Have you smelled a burnt/burning crayon before? Ick to my nose anyway.
Now I'm off to bed, night all!
Thanks Terry, I feel mucho better!!! ♥♥♥
Now we are covered in clouds and awaiting the big storm to hit! YUCK
I have melted crayons for color in my candles, but not for the whole thing cause they don't smell so good! LOL
Night all! :o)
All this talk of crayons reminds me of a Peanuts cartoon...
Linus brings a cup of hot cocoa to Lucy. She tastes it and makes a face. Says, "This is aweful. It tastes like you melted a brown crayon in hot water." Linus tastes it and says, "You're right. I'll add another crayon."
Janis, what are we going to do with our loved ones, huh?
I got the gist of what happened today, except...who's invisible now?
Good morning everyone!
It is back to winter here--only edging up to a high of near 40º today. :o(( Our northern counties got some sleet and ice-schools are closed in some of the mountainous areas.
Celia, if you are invisible it is because you are the only one who is awake at 2:22 a.m.!!! LOL When do you sleep, girl? I am laughing at the Peanuts cartoon, even now.
Never made candles from crayons--didn't know they smelled bad. Another creative idea down the drain!
Didn't see the eclipse--too many clouds and besides, I went to bed.
Birds at our feeder this morning:
24º here, but dry. Supposed to snow tomorrow, but i hope not!
Good morning all! :o)
19º here and sleeting like mad!
Celia, gotta agree with Mau about why you were invisible at that time! LOL
But Mau, don't put no melted crayons down your drain, you will clog them up! HA HA HA
OOPS, Terry draws on your walls, so I hope I didn't just give her another bad idea!
No, I was confused who ELSE was invisible. Somebody mentioned they were and I've forgotten who it was. I'm too brilliant, beautiful, witty and LOUD to be invisible! ☺☺☺
Anywho...Good morning. It snowed AGAIN last night and some this morning. Just a couple of inches and the roads are clear. My brother got here okay and he's off to see mom now. My neices are going to meet him there so they can all have a nice visit with her.
It's probably not going to be too long before mom goes, too. She's been sleeping so much lately. I ahd a conversation with her the other day that shoukld have only been a couple of minutes but dragged out for 25. She kept falling asleep. My brother from S. Dakota came to see her so that is good.
Everyone getting better? Darrell is very sick right now. He can't believe I survived, the way he feels! I told him I'm a tough bird and he should strive to be like me. ☺
Celia, that was me who was invisible.
Sorry to hear your mom isn't doing so well. :( And tell Darrell I said to make you feed him lots of chicken soup! :o)
Ah...Invisible Tammy. No, I don't believe it.
Darrell is sleeping. Can't get him to eat anything. If he feels like I did, he won't be hungry at all until tomorrow.
Yep, dat was me, fer shure! LOL
Awe, poor thing, I feel for him! Sienna didn't eat for about a week when she had it. But boy, did she ever make up for it when she felt better! :o)
I have a feeling he and I both will, too! We're people who do love our food! ☺
Me, too! Think I need some now! :o)
Aw, poor Darrell! Sure hope he feels better soon--and all the rest of you who have been ill. Celia, I am glad your brothers and other family members have been to see your mom. I'm sorry to hear that her condition appears to be deteriorating.
Don't worry, Tammy--no crayon wax down the drain--just the "creative idea"!
I think we are all much too brilliant, witty and loud to ever be "invisible"! LOL
Amy--I'll take 40º over 24º any day!
Marcy and Marie--are you two lurking about anywhere?
Me, too. He's coughing now so I better see what's up. Maybe he'll have some juice or something.
And BTW, Mau...beautiful birds!
Glad to hear it, Mau! :o)
