Would I be able to maneuver through the iris beds?

George, I have wood chips on the walkways around the irises. I think you would be able to make it through there.

Then I would like to come also.

I have sat here and read all these posts...and cried...I have now missed another great party at Arlene's place...

It sounds like I need to move to So. Cal...that is where the ACTION is!!!

I saw that my Amy was mentioned...she was home this week to bring her little dog for her parents to keep while she joins the crew of the USS Nimitz...which is already at sea...with her sweetie, Russell, aboard...I'm sure she would have been there otherwise.

Ya'll make a note of this...I EXPECT to see all of you again...and you "newbies" too...at Drdon and Pams in June....Be there or be ..talked about!

For those of you who may not have checked.......amarantha posted her potato salad recipe over in the recipes forum. Guess what I'm making tomorrow? Yum!

You're making me hungry; we did have great food to go along with the even greater conversation.

BTW...I didn't even notice that the little seed packet "signs" on the cupcakes had pretzels as stakes ! VERY CLEVER ! My neighbor pointed that out to me.

This garden party was so much fun and we are still talking about it. lol

Louise, you really MUST see Mikes garden!! It is small, but it will still take you a long time to really see it all. He has so many beautiful plants to see and they are all tucked into places that you don't see at first. I love to go and just walk around his place. He has done an amazing job in his little piece of heaven.
He has a nice park bench in the center and I could just sit there and let my eyes do the walking.

You will also love his apt. too...that's if he lets you go in it. lol
It has so much architectural appeal, I love it. :-)

I plan on doing that real soon and quit saying I am I'm just gonna do it!
From the pictures he's posted you sure can tell there's alot there.
