Yep, Pixie, "My Precious" is ordered - along with some other very tall pink lilies for the back of the garden (6 ft) , and some dark pink ones oriental lilies, Reo Negro. The picture is from Snow Creek Gardens web-site
What's blooming today? #5
Thanks for the choices Celeste! Appreciate it. I prefer real experience - everything sounds / looks good in catalogs and on websites. How about any rose, fuschia, deep pink, etc.? Thanks again.
Thanks Celeste - yes Indian Giver is real nice. On my list! All your shots are great. Unfair that you have all that space and no deer!!
Nasty. Is that after applying your spray??
No, didn't spray my plants, just bushes.....now I have to spray everything. The neighbors have bags out but it's not helping!!
Thanks Lorettta.
Kim - I've been trying for years to entice a hummer to my yard.....congrats, you must be tickled pink!
Celeste - as usual, your 'pretties' are beautiful!
as well you should - she's very pretty - even the fly thinks so!
Wow pixie you really have nice collection of DL's!!! How pretty!
Amazing! Everyone's blooms are just great.
now that was a nice way to wake up after a busy sunday.... thanks for the great shots everyone
UGH! I went out last night to remove the old dried buds off the DLs. When I got to my Outrageous, as I touched the scape, the unopened bud FELL OFF! I have had women faint when I approach, but this is the first time for flowers.
Any idea why it did that. I am glad one bud opened.
Chuck
Thanks Dawn....I really don't have that many DL's compared to pirl!
Gram, I love that Orchid!! It's so dainty"Twinkle" is an apropriate name! Your "Strawberry Candy" looks more like the color is should be compared to last year. They say it takes three years for them to settle in properly and form a clump. Yours looks like it is in clump form by the number of blooms!
The bud on your "Peace" rose already shows a hint of the colors it will be displaying. It's lovely.....please be sure to show us it when it opens.
I've been waiting for the other"gramm" to show up before I posted this but I'm guessing she's been busy with Colin.
This is "Lady Eleanor"
A few of my annuals......
