BigHorn or Superstition Mountains?
Where Am I? - A Fun Game (I hope)
Painted Desert is the closest guess so far.
Time for a hint.
Though it is not a National Park, it is a national park.
Tubac Presidio State Historic Park
Janett
Isn't that kind of like an oximoron? :D
Kaibab National Forest?
Not Tubac or Kaibab
White Mesa Natural Bridge?
No
The Painted Desert is still the closest guess so far, I think.
Is it Sunset Crater Volcano National Monument?
Canyon de Chelly............ or.................... Montezuma Castle `?
Janett
Sunset Crater is getting close. Not Canyon de Chelly or Montezuma Castle.
Walnut Canyon Nat'l Mon.?
No, Sunset Crater is closer.
Hey Kelli,
Did you take all of these pictures? You sure have been around. If you have.
~Dayna
Yes, I took all of the pictures. I really haven't been around as much as it might seem. If we keep this game up long enough, you'll see that there are a lot of regions where I have never been.
It's Waputki?
Edit to add Watputki is a Nat'l Monument.. it edges up against Sunset Crater.
Are those the San Fransico Peaks?

Yes, it is Wupatki! And those are the San Francisco Peaks in the background.
Hey this all looks like something close to my house. Raliegh Co., W.V.?
Or Roanoke Co., Va.
Nice pic, Kelli
Thanks
No, not WV or VA, but good guess.
My DH says he thinks it's in Pa.
Yes, it is in PA.
Dh says Somerset?
Berks County?
It looks like a lot of Pennsylvania, it reminds me of the area around Hawk Mountain in Berks County
It is in the southwest part of the state.
Greene County?
Nope
How about Fayette co.?
Yes, you got it!
KooL Beans! What's next? tour guide? :-)
Buy the way ~ did you go to Amish country before or after Moundsville? (just curious) :-))
That looks just like the picture Rannveig posted of Iceland in the weather forum.. It isn't Reykjavik, is it??
No, it's in the U.S. All of my pictures will be in the U.S.
East or west side of the US?
Is it on the Pacific coast?
Sorry, mgh.. I didn't see your post. :-)
That's ok. I'm guessing it is on the Pacific Coast though. Do they have rocks like that on the Atlantic Coast?
Boothbay - Maine... most of the maine coast looks like that
edit to say that's a guess. York, Maine looks like that too.
This message was edited Sep 11, 2006 10:08 PM
Sure there's rocky coastline in New England, but I don't think that's Maine. It's not granite, and I don't see any barnacles or seaweed...
