Okay, Darius, first order of business when you get internet service is to change the address from In Limbo, to I have arrived. Congratulations on the closing, and hopefully you will start the new thread in a day or so. Sort of like Molly's saga, we will be watching and rooting you on.

M5, Kitchen will be a while... everything is still in storage, but hope to have room for a decent pantry, too.

Hooray, I "gardened" LOL. Actually I weeded one bed and planted rosemary, thyme and chives. Haven't found the good garden centers here yet but at least it's a start!

I would have started with Herbs too, how can one cook without them?
I still can see my mothers shelfs with all kinds of concuctions made with herbs for teas, for colds, for baking and also the hanging ones for drying.
