Besides, as Brenda's new friend with the horse poop, I must defend her honor... and another thing.... PUH LEEEEEZE stop with the snow angels!!! For cryin' out loud, I still need ta get some things in the ground, ((( tapping foot impatiently, looking at watch, and waiting on mailman))))

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Julie, It's ok they're not listening... tell me about the leaf frolicking, naked ladies, and the snow angels .... This has gotta be good... :))

Tazzy, Does garden poo really stink? Strange.... I don't smell anything bad....

Moby, I am so glad we found you, they was ready to call out the calvary... I had to administer xanax in your absence... You can be proud of me, though, I kept my head....didn't panic... sanest one o' the bunch.... and that's saying alot cause um.. well... uh... no one has ever exactly told me I was sane... y'know? I never realized that before.... (stumbles off, muttering to self...)

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

I must say after visiting a certain thread, that y'all do grow some of the strangest things in your gardens... Not to mention those nekkid ladies... they look like they could be difficult to cultivate. But they sure are purdy. You know, I could have sworn I saw hands coming right up out of the ground...

BTW, you forgot to send me the link with all the photos of the lovely mugshots... and the straitjackets...

Muscoda, WI(Zone 4b)

LOL

These last few posts remind me of the time (in my younger days) when a friend and I walked into a Mickie D's LATE at night, couldn't get service, so we decided to 'playlike' I was an escapee from the local mental institution and my friend was getting me food before taking me back. It was a GOOD thing the guy behind the counter was a youngster and we didn't have 911 to call. LOL I would have been committed for *real*. :-D (you would have had have been there...;-))

Starr...it's ok...sorta like talking to my DH. LOL He doesn't listen either. :-( >8-}

Hello Matty Mat!!!

Pleased to meet you! I have a grandaughter just about your age!! Her name is Ashley and she likes to go on the computer, too. Sometimes she comes and stays with me on the weekends. She likes horses and being here on the ranch. She helps me clean the stalls and feed the horses. She also likes to fish for catfish in the pond. I would like to meet you and your grandmother Tazzy. She sounds like a very special grandmother to me. Your school and your teacher sounds really cool. I bet you get good grades!

My Very Best,

Starr

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Tazzy, What a sweetie! If y'all get this way, stop in and say hi. That goes for all of my manure lovin' friends here. I can't wait for RU's next year, so that I get a chance to meet y'all.

I used to think that I was the only strange one in the crowd... but hey, I feel right at home here.... Y'all are just as nuts as I am... (sly grin). Ya know that only rich folk get to be eccentric... Us poor folk are just nuts. LOL

Norwood, MO(Zone 6a)

Hello All,

I want to let ya know that I may not be able to get online much for a few days. I didn't want ya to think I had jumped overboard and abandoned ya. (That ain't likely!!!)

I have a half sister in California that is coming to see us tomorrow. I haven't seen her in 15 years. I have ten thousand four hundred and fifty two million things to do before she arrives and I am on number 12!!! (OK, I admit that is a slight exageration) I am praying for strength and energy! Wish there was a way to bottle up some of that energy my grandkids have. I would be able to really get things done! LOL

She leaves Monday night, so I will be back after that. If I can I will get on and visit for a bit after they go to bed in the evenings, cause shucks, if I don't get my DG's fix ... well, the thought is appalling... withdrawal.... this could get ugly...

I really enjoy your "Crazy Ladies Club" ... and am so glad I found y'all.... and DG's!!

Blessings to All,

Starr

moby for ever and ever on shirts hats and ever thing garden related you are famous,In your own mind ??

Klamath Falls, OR(Zone 6a)

Ahem...ladies, could I join the CLC? I promise to not be so wordy (my letters to unnamed children in this thread do not count), and to be just as nuts as everybody else (note to self: even though I'm really not), and to stay up nights just tryin to think of weird stuff to say and do and write about. If you'll let me in, I'll buy some nekkid laydees to plant in my garden next year. Is it a deal? Pretty please with sugar on it.

P.S. Think I'll just leave the nekkid photos to those a bit younger tho 8=/

Private letter to matty matt-Do not read

Dear matty matt: It is great to have you here. We hope you can join in often and tell us a little bit more about yourself. I'm sad to say that I don't have a horse or goats any more. Starr has horses, and Charlotte has goats, but Julie and I have traded in our milk pails for gardening buckets. Do you like flowers too?

I love animals just like you do. We used to have a donkey that you would have liked a lot. Her name was Fanny and she was very old. The people who owned her before we did were mean to her. She was afraid for a long time. Then she learned that we would not hurt her so she started to pick up her head and come to us. Then we could pet her soft nose. Sometimes my granddaughter Katy would ride around on her back. We also had chickens and ducks and the goats. And we had a girl dog named Bubba who got skunked one time. Whew! She really smelled bad! Anyway, we had to move to town so now we just have the ducks and two cats, Pip and Sabrina. But, there are horses and cows next door so I can still feed them carrots and enjoy them.

It has been fun talking to you long distance.

sharvis

Muscoda, WI(Zone 4b)

Sharvis...if I'm already *in* the CLC, then I'll sponsor YOU!! :-D OK? (Besides, you're nice to Matty Matt...and that's really special (so you don't have to be completely crazy. ;-))

~julie~
Edited to add:
I need someone who can draw characatures...FAST! Tazzy...you're next! ;-)

Cool! With your support, I'm in for sure...goody, goody. Thanks Jules! This could be our secret signature >:-}{ Hehehehehe.

I have a friend you could borrow from time to time. He is my neighbors old yeller dawg. He is so smart, he's scary. He used to make me throw a ball or anything he could find until my arm hurt. Now he only does that once or twice, because running up and down the mountain is getting to be too hard for him. He's getting awfully arthritic.
He chews up things a lot with his teeth. I gave him a huge ham bone the other day and he chewed up and swallowed the whole thing in 5 minutes.
When we got koi in the pond, Rocky was mightily interested in them. I knew a neighbor was threatening to shoot him if he ate any more of his fish. So I sat down with Rocky and talked to him about NOT eating my fish. When he looked at them, I said, gently, "No, Rocky." He looked at them again and then looked at me and I said "No, Rocky" again. He never looked at them since even though he drinks out of the pond.
Oh, and by the way, when the ball I throw for him gets dirty, he puts it in the pond and strikes it with his paw until it's clean. It's a little scary when my best friend, a dog, is smarter than me.

Muscoda, WI(Zone 4b)

woodspirit...I *love* stories like that. Sounds like anyone would happy to have Rocky as a best friend.

Sharvis...yiddiot...>:-}{ Hehehehehe (Where did you get that one? Huh?)
