wow! march 26. Lets see....I have lost like 12 pounds since then. changed my hair color a good 3 times total change. And have planted and planted my little fingers to the nub! Using my wondergloves ofcourse! Its interesting to look back and read the date and see what all you have done since then.

don;t start them too early. I did and lost a ton of them. We had snow till mid May or later. I say everyyear no seeds till memorial day. this time I am gonna stick with it. Sick of losing things. But. your zone ., you can probably have better luck

I have posted 5 more morning glory pictures on the contest. Check them out. I forgot about ipomoea platense I have in a hanging pot. Anyway, let us know when the contest ends. I believe it is 9/28. Time is getting short.

KELL...You thought I was gone didn't you? Well, I'm backkkk!!! You have some very nice entries but I have some to post that are gonna blow you away!!!! Just gotta figure which ones are the prettiest! LOL

BTW...I spotted some beauties on a roadside that had 100's of blooms...never seen them before and when I raid the seeds I will send you some of them too! They are gorgeous!

Just wanted to update you on the yellow MG's. Still no bloom. You might have been really lucky to get one bloom before frost last year. Any this year? Great vine in any case. I thought I had started them way early enough to get bloom and not even a sign of a bud. I'm afraid the frost will get the vines before I'm able to see a bloom here. It was fun trying though. Thanks for sharing them with me.

Shirley...mine are still growing too and no buds and I started them early too! I heard they need short days too bloom so I guess that's why mine bloomed last year in December!

If I get anything special I will gladly share with you! I'll let you know...still waiting for vines bulbs from Lawyer friend! Will let you know soon!

know what ya mean. Mine are starting to turn yellow. the DO look cool left up for halloween. Gives the house a spookie look. I don;t feel like watering anymore. ...... Leaving on vaca on friday. Too bad so sad my plants will all be dead when I get home. my zinna are still hanigin in there though. But the glories have given up the ghost

I was about ready to have 6 or 7 winners cause they were so pretty.

All summer I waited for my pearly gates to bloom (they bloomed now and then)and now they are blooming like crazy!!! They have traveled north and south and to heaven with buds all over...I can't believe how many buds are on them now! Must be the cooler weather!

Anybody else's going crazy too?

Yep! My heavenly blue are HEAVENLY! Better late than never I guess.

Can you belive that my UGLY one is still trying to bloom *LOL*
makes me sad looking at al the effort it is trying to make :)
but I don't have the guts to cut it.
