Best/Worse/What did I learn today?? Garden time, let’s sit and enjoy our gardens, decks and great company..all welcome!!

Victoria Harbour, ON

Checking in, know with time difference likely no update..we are holding your hand Lindakay..

Omg Dianne, whatever got into Kai to bite you, was he surprise in any way or did he want to go somewhere you didn’t want him to go, did he draw blood or just break surface..Here is hoping it’s a one time thing..bet he knows he has done wrong.

Yesterday Dianne it was so muggy and now it’s so damp had to turn off air and put heat on. Yes farmers will love this soft rain as are my plants. Had a good chuckle about the dentures, can you imagine having to do without while new ones are being made.. at my age wonder if they would consider implants, likely out of my price range.. Took out the blue heron, so beautiful but no idea what to do with it Dianne, although I’ve a lot of layers and wire I don’t think it would survive outside..hmm maybe just on back deck? On wet days cover it??

Sorry to hear you are unwell Karen, best you spent the day in bed with liquids, if it doesn’t clear off to er as you want to keep ahead of it.

Hair cut short and perm, almost look human.

Almost lunch time, think i will eat, have a nap then head to town..

Betty we used to advise people who were hanging larger pieces outside to use plexiglass to cover it. I have no idea what the cost would be to do that now. It would be a shame to have this lovely piece ruined by weather. When we did church windows some of the churches insurance companies would tell them to have plexiglass on the outside. That would prevent some yahoo throwing stones to break the window.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Hopefully good news from Linda soon.

Karen, yes the Butt Paste really puts a good skin barrier down but it is messy! I was thinking it might do a better job of preventing the skin burn from caustic output!

Dianne, isn't it sad to think we have to protect something as beautiful as stained glass from vandals? There are a lot of crimes "I understand", at least I know why they did them & how they benefitted but graffiti & vandalism is so mean, and senseless & I can't see the payoff! How can someone feel good about destroying things?

That is very scary about Kai's bite situation! I had a very unpredictable horse that I had to rehome/sell once. He would be fine for months & then for NO reason just explode! He never did become dependable. The woman who I sold him too gave up on him too after a year or 2.. (She was a younger friend of mine & was fully aware of the problems I was having with him) Life too short to risk being hurt intentionally by an animal.

I worked on a Hugs & Kisses quilt for my DIL. She wanted a quilt for the queen bed in the guest room. I had the large throw ready for borders when she asked for it to be queen size. Sooooo.... instead of 5 x6 blocks, it needed to be 7 x 7 with borders. I took that expecting to finish. HOWEVER, I cut ALL the snowballs the wrong size 4.5" instead of 4" for all 19 blocks, (all 182 corners)!!! I have the last 19 blocks made but not added yet.

I also worked on a purple quilt that will be set on point, it is made with 2.5 inch squares & a strip of white. It looks like Chevron when completed. I threw a few blocks down & snapped pic so you could get the idea. Don't panic when you see the placement error, it was set down for the general idea of the colors & style! LOL

Marie worked on Loralie chicken blocks that she is cutting & putting sashing & borders on for a twin bed. She is also working on a Loralie dog panel for a shower curtain for the bathroom her husband uses. These are her 2, & 3rd big projects. Her first was the neon heart quilt. I wish I had taken some pics of them in process, but she was not very far into them.

The best of the stay was letting Marie sleep in, fixing all the meals and serving her. She needed the rest & unwind. I had prepared some of her favorite entrees in advance & could just cook and add fresh salads. We stopped at a little drive thru that she had seen advertising Maple Nut ice cream & ordered a 2 scoop waffle cone. Nearly fainted at the cost, 2 cones, 2 scoops, $14. THEN we saw the cones!! Huge cone with nearly a pint of ice cream in each! THAT was our unexpected lunch! It was delicious and much to my surprise, I did not get problems from all that ice cream.

I forgot to answer your question Betty. No, the cleaning help did not work out. To look at her, she did not appear "impaired" but obviously was. Even with me there, she could not follow instructions.

Just leaving for town, read your posts and checking in to see if lindakay had posted an update..will return when i get back from town..

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Overcast day & perfect to take pictures. I came home from Prosser & the peonies were in bloom. The variegated irises are at their end but LOTS of other stuff to take over. The Clematis is barely starting. The deep purple ones are so dark as to be difficult to see. I just planted the petunias earlier this week.

I know she''s at 6's & 7's, but would like to see an update from LK on Todd.

Betty - you don't have a dental plan in ON? I felt sure, yours being the Capital province, that you would have even better than we do. How about Blue Cross? Between Blue Cross & Alberta Health, we're pretty well covered here.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Nope, no dental with Ohio
Wish there was

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Ohio? or Ontario. Spell check, eh? lol gotta LOVE it (NOT!!!!!!!!)
lol with all the time you spend in the US, maybe they've virtually moved you!

Hey everyone, I am here. Been a hectic day. I got to the hospital this morning, hubby was in a fighting mood. He had a bad reaction to the morphine. Last night the nurses caught him, trying to get out of bed, and he pulled out his Pic line and IV. So they cut him off of morphine. When I got to the hospital, he was really pissed at me, because he said I hadn't been up to see him for 2 days. I told him that wasn't true. Finally several hours later, he calmed down, and they gave him toradol for pain. Took him downstairs and surgery was at 2. He got out of surgery about an hour ago. I am waiting to go see him.
Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

YIKES! I will bet you were terrified when he pulled his PIC line! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I've had a fighting reaction to some anesthetics but morphine just totally zones me out.
The waiting has to be terrible for you Linda. I'm hoping the holiday doesn't drag it out. We are all on pins and needles for you.

I am feeling much better today. Very strange losing a whole day and sleeping the clock around. Not unusual for me to feel queazy and even to throw up but it is strange for me to be feverish. I know I was because I soaked every thing sweating and I never do that. Poor Walt didn't get a good sleep either as he was up and by my side every time I stirred. I was pretty unsteady on my feet so a good thing but I'm sure he was feeling a need for more sleep. Bless him I'm sure nobody has better care than I do. I should think he would be tired of the burden of my care but he is ever loving to me.

Verona, ON

LK Keeping you and Todd close to my heart. That morphine while excellent for pain relief can do weird and wonderful things to people. While Warren was on a really heavy dose he had several odd behaviours. Twice I found him all dressed in the middle of the night standing at the picture window while attempting to put on his coat. When I asked him what he was doing he said "I don't know". After that I hid the keys to the trucks.

This is going to be very hard on you LK and I know Todd will make you his target for verbal abuse and blaming you for everything.. You know that it is the meds talking not Todd. We are all here for you and will listen and support you.

The skeeters are terrible. They come in on the TH then make me their target.

Karen Kai did break the skin on the top of my hand but mainly it is just swollen and bruised. The only thing I can think of was I was directing the TH to go through a field we don't walk through very often and when I waved my hand he just bit. I use hand and arm signals a lot with them so it wasn't as if it was something new for them. Something that I have always done is trained my dogs from Day 1 to respond to me clapping my hands. I was more than glad I had done that when I ended up with 2 dogs who went blind.

Pouring rain overnight and we just had about an hour of a very heavy rainfall. Betty are you getting this rain too ?

Like all of you I am just sick about the shooting in Uvelte. You know when I taught way back in the 70's and 80's something like this incident would never cross our minds. When I was a kid no one thought anything of boys having jack knives in their pocket while in class.

Karen you have a wonderful husband but I know you already know that. Hope you feel better today.

Betty are the young boys coming today ?

OK I had better get moving the vacuum is calling my name.

Stay safe.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Morning all, light rain, damp and cold this morning so another reprieve from cutting grass.

I hope you were able to get a good well deserved nights rest Lindakay knowing the procedure is over with.am sure nursing staff were able to give Todd meds to help the pain and he got some rest.

Karen, here is hoping whatever you had is behind you and today a sunshine day..long weekend, will family come for the weekend.

Susan, these iPads do their own thing, mostly i go with it lol

Having breakfast earlier this morning, plant sale at 8am up the street, not that i need plants, adv showed lilacs, hope it means lilac trees and not just a bundle for a vase.

Have Evan and Mason come at 9 and Ezra at 11 so by the time 1:00 comes i will like want to do nothing but my goal is to clean up the 18 band pieces on the lamp bottom edge and get them soldered..i am hoping to finish it tomorrow unless of course it’s a sunshine day

We cross posted Dianne,

How right you are Dianne about being the closest to our loved ones and being the brunt of their frustration, Roger did not like to travel but knew i did..one day he said to the boys “next time I am sick (bad words) send her to Florida”

Christmas Day he wanted nobody around, we closed the screening and sat on the bed not talking, we had given Jeff a keyboard, he had headphones on and played to fill 8n his day, Greg walked the halls

Drats, wrote a long post last night and see it’s in cyber space, i must not have pressed send but we are having trouble with Rogers service past few days.

Dianne the way the blue heron has several layer, very dimensional i can’t do it so under the bed it goes for another 10 years… big sigh
Believe on the post i lost i had mentioned roll of solder is $24.98+tax..crazy isn’t it.Gayle had a thick cover on her cutter, think with sore hands it would give you a better grip so asked if she puts in an order to order me one.

I haven’t been out back for several days but with all this rain then sunshine I can only imagine the skitters here as well..sure wish i would have kept the mosquito sprayer.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Good morning everyone.
Last night at 5:30 I got a phone call saying hubby was out of surgery, and as soon as he was awake, I would get another call from the nurse saying I could go see him. About 8:00 I had realized that I didn't take hubbies wallet with me, so I ask him to go to his room to get it. 5 minutes later he comes back to the waiting room and tells us that he is back in his room. So when I got back upstairs, I asked the nurse why no one called me, all I was told is that it was at shift change and guess they forgot to call me. I was so mad.
I am getting ready to go back up there, and hopefully today will go better.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Damn, all this is I am sure overwhelming, guess one can’t depend on the system working properly anymore.hope Todd is in good spirits and less pain today on your visit..can you stay all day or do they have specific hours..did they say how long it might be before he can go home?

Got some plants, rose of Sharon, hydrangea’s, peony plant and a few others, all for $22.

Drats, went to try and position solar lights at back of pond, felt myself falling, landed on my hand, twisted my leg and landed on top part of my foot..going to be sore..now I am sitting I’m hurting.

Betty so sorry you fell. Falling is never a good thing for us. Looks like you got some nice plants. Hope they all do well for you. My dad loved Rose of Sharon. I used to tease him it was just an ole Holly hock as the flowers look similar. Secretly, I love Holly hocks. I used to play with them when young. I made ballerina dolls with them. I never showed that to my girls or grand girls. Guess I better see about correcting that with my greats. I don't think dolls are as popular any more, I always loved mine.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Achy as I twisted myself not to fall in the pond and got upper part of my foot caught.

Karen, I used to do same, I planted so many hollyhocks to no avail..would be nice the do with the little ones. Now that you say that, they do look like they belong in same family. Are you feeling any better? And forgot to say you are blessed with a good man.

Greg just dropped in fora few secs, brought me a battery operated gas tank, said he put $20 premium gas in it, Lordy it wasn’t even 1/3 full..disgusting..think for cheap gas it’s about $7.50 a gallon, perhaps more, anyway, he saw the way I was limping, I told him.. imagine he who never swears, at least in front of me gave me the what fore using some fancy words lol

Rain stopped this morning and sun hasn’t completely dried the grass but enough I can cut, so it’s eats then out I go, will also plant what I bought this morning, if I accomplish that I will be happy. Dianne has the rain turned to sunshine in your neighbourhood?

Melanie’s birthday tomorrow so I’ve been invited for supper at the trailer camp, think Kyle is bbq’ing.

What is happening in your neck of the woods everyone? It’s a long weekend for you all..

Lindakay how is Todd doing today?

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

I was hoping for an update on Todd & Linda this morning.

Oldest granddaughter graduates in 2 weeks and Adam&Andrea are having a BBQ here that afternoon. I went and shoveled some free fill dirt to fill in the holes the dogs have dug next to my flowering bushes. The roots are exposed, and I don't want to lose my bushes. I am also going to fill in the small pond. It has a leak, the electrical does not work other there & it just isn't worth the hassle. I can't have water in it with the dogs. When they are gone, I likely will get a small fountain.

I'm going to finish picking up the weed piles & spray chemicals on the neighbor's fence line. They put up a 6-foot wood fence but didn't take out the 3-foot chain link. You can imagine what a nightmare THAT is keep decent.

It's beautiful out, slightly overcast so not too warm, very pleasant! Perfect gardening weather. I got Hollyhock starts last year & they are growing, I do hope they bloom this year! OK... off the outdoors.

Verona, ON

Oh Betty we are quite the pair !!! We know we shouldn't do something but we go ahead and do it. I finally learned my lesson a few years ago when I fell off of the extension ladder. No ladders for me.

Went out to cut the grass and before I could even get the lawn mower ready I had at least 8 skeeter bites on my hands and forearms. Sprayed myself too. I just turned around and came back in. The TH and I are sitting the screened in room free of insects.

Oh Linda betcha you didn't sleep well waiting for the elusive phone call. That happened once with Warren except the doctor was going to come speak to me after they put the metal bridge in Warren's spine. I waited and waited and finally stopped a nurse - surgery was long over and the doctor was gone. Hope you and Todd have a quiet day together with Todd's pain level managed. Keeping you both close to my heart.

Walked the TH one at a time today on a leash. My American neighbours are up and I didn't want either of the boys trotting on down there like they owned the place. They think they do !!

Hollyhocks one of my favourites too. I had them at the farm house but couldn't get them to grow down here. I see something probably a deer chowed down on the Poppy bud that was looking so promising. There's a second bud hiding under some leaves so I think I will put chicken wire around and over the plant tonight.

Hope you are all enjoying as good a weather as I have.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Todd is doing much better this afternoon. The are giving him diloted, and it is doing the job.
Betty, please be careful. That looks like a nasty gash. Hope you cleaned it well and put something on it.

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Linda - glad that Todd's doing better. It must have been awful on you, with his mood swings. My prayers are with you both.

Just brought home a carload of plants. Now to get out & rototill the verggie garden.

Maryville, TN(Zone 7a)

I had hollyhocks several years ago but it was in Traverse City and not much grew in the sandy shade there. My fav. fabric store had a large bed of them and one day as i walked out I noticed they has a lot of seed heads. Back in I went and asked if I could pick a few seed pods. I was given permission and took a pocket full. Alas they did not grow well for me. But then not much did up there except Lily of the Valley seemed to love the sandy shade.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

In Othello, I even had them germinate in the alley behind the fence! We'll see if the ones I have now will mature & bloom.. they are about 2 feet tall now. Something is sure eating the leaves. I have ALWAYS had the trouble with Holly Hocks. Not sure what pest is doing it.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Morning all, sunshine day here and calling for a great week.

Lindakay you and Todd are in my prayers, hope he had a good night and that the sandman found where you temporarily live. Will you be able to take Todd home once he gains strength and do check ups from time to time.

Susan are you adding to your gardens or starting a new one? Where did you get your plants? Hope you found a community sale, they are the best right now seeing plants in the stores have skyrocketed.

Dianne, Kyle had invited me to a bbq for Melanie’s birthday which is today, at 5pm he calls to tell me it was last night, not tonight so had to rush out, hit Walmart for garden decor lighting and get there for 6am.was nice being with the kids, especially Grayson.

Dianne hopefully with the hot days coming if you work out in the heat of the day you shouldn’t be bothered with the skitters..there weren’t many at the campsite last night, likely because it was far too cold.

Maybe we should have a hollyhock competition growing from seeds…you know I can’t recall seeing planted hollyhocks. Dianne, you you remember at Grandma lambs all along the front of the road were heavy laden hollyhocks and ground sure didn’t seem to be good earth quality.

Think if I go to town in the morning I will pick up a few packages..

Pat could you put a little Dawn soap in water in a spritzer bottle and give them a spray? I’ve mega Lilly of the valley in the back.

I woke up at 6:10, let Ziggy out, normally that would be it for me but a movie that was on caught my eye so layer back down, Darlene called at 8 and I was sound asleep.

Body telling me i am not doing a lot today, maybe a few non energy projects.

Well I got hacked…ended up there was no way in hell to get same account back up and running to if you get any message saying i need money or bad word and the likes know it’s not me.

Now to find how to get you all back in my messenger. After 2 hrs of working on it I told Kyle just open a new account, so he did ..think it’s bettypauze IV (because I’ve had 4 accounts) lol. He took a photo without me knowing, not very flattering..I’m dressed in red and in a red chair…yuck so if you go on site and key it in and ask me to accept you as friend I will…

During my conversation with Darlene she mentioned she was cleaning closets and did I want all her stained glass equipment..we both bought that expensive glass saw, we rarely use it so guess who is getting all her supplies, I told her she likely could get a good $$ for it but she insisted she would rather give it to me so now i must find a place for it where my wood working room is.

Out to plant a peony and a rose of Sharon but not sure where

Well Betty, it sure looks like Grayson was happy to see you. Nice pleasant evening with family.

Verona, ON

Lovely day here a bit overcast but in the mid 70's. We are supposed to heat up starting tomorrow.

Starting about 6 am I started a deep clean of a couple of rooms. The shop vac sure had a workout. I got all the floors washed upstairs as well as the steps to downstairs. They were covered in sand and will be again shortly. Kai and Chaos are inside with me so I can enjoy the sand free floors awhile longer.

LK sending you and Todd positive thoughts and gentle hugs. I hope today is a better day for you both.

Grayson is a cutie Betty.

We never used the glass saw Betty. SG hobbiest challenged us when we said we didn't. Warren did 95 - 99% of the cutting and I did everything else. When you are at the table cutting 8 - 10 hours a day you can get a lot cut. The only way to make a true living at SG is just long days

How I wish I could grow lily of the valley down here. No go and what did sprout the animals made quick work of them.

My hand with the bite is swelling back up again but I think it is just from being worked so hard this morning.

Did you get everything planted Susan ? I forget there is a time change between where I live and you. I thought you might have needed a miner's hat.

Betty did you hear on the news that Doug Ford has cancelled the coverage of blood tests for cancer ? If that news can get out it might just mean the end of his reign although there doesn't seem to be much out there worth voting for.

Stay safe and well.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Omg gals, while working in the back garden i think amongst the over grown garden is a hollyhock, imagine..i could be wrong..if I’m not then I know they like that area and will plant a package or 2.

Doesn’t take long Dianne to have a dustpan full of sand inside with furries.
I worked over an hour and didn’t see any skitters so think the answer is to work outside in heat of day.as fir the saw, i only use it when it’s a dip and dive pattern that is hard to cut, so far i am not doing anything special wi5h it, now i will have 2..big sigh, should be downsizing instead of taking on more.what did you think about price of solder?

I haven’t been listening to the news Dianne, far to depressing so I did not hear about the decrease in coverage for tests..tried to see which party promises to do more for seniors but doesn’t seem to be one.

I could so easily drift off but i think I’ll make an effort to get a few more hours in the gardens, 1 plant left to plant and I have no idea where to put the Rose of Sharon.

I have that back garden area with picture frame, although I love the look of it, so invit8ng with the entrance windows the 20 checkerboard 20” cement squares need to be edged every year. I got 6 of the 20 done and tell myself not to overdo, 5 or 6 a day won’t be long and they will be done.

Enjoy your day

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Betty - I bought plants that I'm sure wouldn't be on sale at a yard sale - Datura is one. I have seeds for poppies (red) given to me, and also hollyhocks. I wonder if hollyhocks will grow in a container? I have 4 that are wooden boxes with a cast iron trellis that I tried for 3 years to grow morning glories in with no luck. I'm thinking the high winds here are the reason. Won't grow corn for that reason. I don't have a new veggie garden - the same 540sq ft garden that was here before I move here. I bought my veggies from Home Hardware, and also got some tomatoes that a friend gave me. She grew them from a slice of tomato and they're looking great. Today, hopefully, I rototill.

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Betty - I sent you a Friend request in FB
Thanks for the heads up on the hacking of your other accounts. I removed the first three as my FB friends.

Victoria Harbour, ON

Thanks Susan for sending me a request, i feel lost without you all lol

I bought quite a few datura’s, they provide gardens with flowers all summer.
Can’t seem to grow poppies either, so wish I could..that ground rose plant is popping up all over..have to move some.

When i was working around the big flower8mg crab i saw some seedlings about 1-2” high so I planted them along the back..i was complaining the back neighbour that did all that tree clearing and all i could see was junk has now started to grow, can hardly see him which makes me happy because he uses it for construction , not pretty sooo now I’m happy. About the seedling, don’t know if they will take but would look nice across the back.

I have morning glories in a big pot near the front yard bench, the container split and they are coming out through the hole and starting to climb.

I am not giving up on hollyhocks. I had packages of seeds that i put in hanging pots left from last year..not smart, didn’t mark what they are.

Am sure my trimmer battery is charged, back to do the secret garden

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Glad to join you on FB, Betty! Life's easier when it's just a FB account hacked.
The gov't says I'm low-risk to have been hacked on their site, but still, they've been running me through the mill since I don't know when. I became aware of their concern at the beginning of Feb, but now it's the end of May......... Some Canadian's account info has been found on the Black (I thought it was "Dark") Web, Ah well, I contacted my MP to see if he can help me get "verified". Hope he can.

Todd was doing much better this morning. Still a little confused, but better than he was. He was awake and talking.
Betty, I will accept your new friends request.

Good news, Linda!

Victoria Harbour, ON

Great news Lindakay after losing that a much weight and being so ill I’m sure the surgery was difficult..hope you get results soon..prayers still on my nightly/morning prayers

Quit for the day, it’s so beautiful out there.birds are chirping like crazy, i should be sitting outside but bed is calling my name

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Get some good rest, both of you, Linda & Betty. You both need & deserve it

Las Vegas, NV(Zone 9a)

I slept until 10am this morning. I have been working on the landscape of the rental property. Finally got tenant out about 2 weeks ago. Granddaughter and her husband will be here July 4. A lot of work to do inside but it could be much worse. I will hire someone to do that. I hired two individuals to help with the landscape.

Linda, I am so pleased that all is going well and Todd is improving. Still anxiously waiting for the result as I am sure you are. Did they said the blockage was a tumor or just a blockage. You and Todd are in my nightly prayers.

Betty, I will find you on Facebook. Your little great grandson loves you. What a sweet reaction to seeing you I am with you when it comes to the prices of plants at the garden centers. Shocking, I do a lot of plant cuttings and propagation. I also found larger plants for $9 that had many plants in them. I just buy them and then separate them.

I am really have a hard time with what is going on in the United States. I am heading for depression and fighting it every moment by keeping busy. Vern's son Brian will probably be here another 6 to 8 months. Total incompetent management. New management company does not appear to be any better.

Neighbor just stopped by. I will return.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Good evening.
Hubby had a rough morning with the dry heaves, but they gave him phergan and that helped a lot. Made him sleep like a baby for about 5 hours. Still no test results. Hopefully tomorrow.
I am home, and praying each day gets better.
Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers.

(Pat) Kennewick, WA(Zone 5b)

Linda, I imagine after surgery he is going to nauseous for a while. I am glad he slept for the 5 hours, I am sure THAT helped!

Worked at filling in the hole from the pond liner I removed. I had a teenager, Stephen, help for 3 hours. We really only have about 1 more big wheelbarrow load to get off the truck but ran out of time. His mom wanted him home by 5.

I got a few other things done before he got here & will go back out again after dinner. As many hours as I put in Saturday and today, its kind of discouraging to have so many projects to finish!

Victoria Harbour, ON

Morning, hot/humid day ahead,

nothing worse Lindakay than having the heaves, zaps his energy..5 hours of sleep isn’t a lot, is he given sleeping pills. How are you doing, am sure close to exhaustion..do hope results are good..people always say no news is good news but I don’t believe that. Are you thinking Lindakay Todd will be able to go home tomorrow as well?

Usually Pat when you start one project it develops into several more, big sigh.

Sharon the whole situation with your Step sons apartment must be so frustrating.
Bet the grand can’t wait to move closer to you and have a place to live.. glad you have help getting it back in shape..am sure your gardens are glorious

I have been great at now sectioning off to do’s outside into a few hour increments, tad slower but inam seeing the end of it.

Was out at 5:30am watering, one of of my Angel trumpets does not look happy.

Yesterday i was so busy, picked up my screen, visited Darlene, her sister and hubby Steve..Steve had a pressure for me, he bought a seat belt attachment which is so simple and yet it changes the position of the seat belt and no l9nger puts pressure on my neck..hurrah

Had a visitor mid afternoon the a little girl at 4:30, in between I worked in the gardens.

When i was at Darlene’s she had packed up about $1,000 worth of stained glass supplies..
Included 4 soldering irons, 6rolls tape, 3 solder, all kinds of specialty items etc etc besides all the top tools.. i wanted her to sell it but she insisted i may need it.

June and Pat will be here shortly, Ziggy is wanting in so best i get a move on
