Was hoping to see Betty posting this morning, stating she was feeling better. Praying she is staying in bed getting the rest she needs.

Doing all I’m suppose to, fighting nausea as hard as I can, know once I start it’s ER for me again. Grrr

Praying you can avoid the ER, but please go when you need to. Don't delay and make things worse.

Do you have some ginger ale? That is all that works for me ever.

have the MDs given you a suppository for the nausea?

Sharon told me late afternoon she went back to ER in afternoon.

Betty, do you have an infection? Have you been checked for UTI or other infection? The returning nausea AND headache, sepis is scary stuff and any infection can go septic.

Oh dear, I so hate to hear Betty is having problems again.

Sorry I've been AWOL. DG screwed up and has not credited me with renewing my subscription so I couldn't access any thing. I paid via paypal so there is a record. Told them to fix it or send my money back. Message today, they gave me a free month until they get it straightened out. I've sent several messages so hopefully I'm rattling the right cages. Thanks Linda for the help. Melody is also working on it.

Meanwhile, we did stay longer in TN than originally planned. I totally had my head screwed up so I missed my VFW sew group, plus hubby turned around and headed back downstate for a dinner with his cannon crew. We both thought that was next month not tomorrow.
Still nothing good on the house. Lookers today didn't stay but a few minutes so guess it's a no there. Sure can't figure what the problem is with this house. It looks good and has served us well for many years. Everything is new in the last 5 years. All claim the price is good. So...…..

Salsa recipe - put the zucchini in with the peppers overnight, with the salt. Make sure their chopped up real small, for spreading on crackers.

Karen there was a beautiful home on a lake just north of me, good price and it took 2 years to sell. Everyone shook their heads, it made no sense. Here's hoping the right buyer comes along soon.

I'm all charged up as I expect the hydro to go out. The generator is all gassed up ready to go.

I spend a lot of time in that screened in room - I have even used it on a warm day in the winter. This summer I slept out there a few times.

My garden had the bare minimum in it this year. It took quite awhile to reclaim that section after 6 years of neglect. I can't decide whether to make that a Hosta garden with colourful annuals put in around them or just put different perennials/annuals around it

Just talked to my contact for wood and he will deliver 2 bush cords (4X4X8ft) of hardwood next weekend. This is the first time in many, many years I didn't get 8 cords of lengths dropped off.It still needs to be stacked though so I will enjoy doing that.

Very chilly here. The chipmunks and squirrels are busy getting acorns in the front of the house. I just saw a chipmunk but the run on a much larger squirrel - guess he didn't want to share the acorns.

Betty listen to those doctors but don't let them give you the bum's rush out of the hospital.

In the US, if you are on Medicare and they attempt to discharge you sooner than YOU think is wise, you can challenge it. BUT, if you lose that challenge you are liable for the expense of the extended stay. The hospital also gets penalized if a person readmits within certain time, that is to help motivate the hospital to be wise about discharges.

I’m feeling fine, you know I get these bought and they are already same reason, bowel and kidney.

Just had hot bath, feel human, now going to rest this afternoon/evening although a tad uncomfortable with Ziggy on my tummy purring away lol

Dianne what is the size of your room, are you considering putting heat to make it 4 seasons?

You must have lots of wood left to only get 2 cords or are you just going to use fireplace less and heat with other sources?

DH had his knee replaced last Monday, he is CRANKY !!! And, we became GREAT grandparents last Monday as well .. AnnaBelle Rose .. 5lbs 15oz .. just a sweetheart and home and doing well .. Brooklyn had a 6 hour labour !!!
Wind storm whooshed through here on Friday, a tree fell on the garage .. called the insurance company, plans in the works .. removal and repair of roof/door/window ..

Lorna is getting ready to wind down from the cemetery, maybe a few weeks left .. we will not travel east, her Mom will come our way by plane .. with Piper being a diabetic, and me being the only shot giver, it was take him, or, have her Mom here ..

M, Goodness she is chunky for being under 6# !!! glad there was not more damage than that, that everyone is safe. Could have been so much worse!

We have a HUGE Silver Maple tree in our back yard, as near as I know it's healthy but, boy, if it ever came down towards the house, YIKES!!

Moving around and feeling a tad better..must be as I asked Greg and mel to come for turkey dinner, had turkeys breasts that had to be cooked, not overdoing, through morning I did potatoes,carrots,salad and turnip...long process but not being overworked..have desert ready so all else Melanie will do.

1 load of wash, pinning a few wine socks that were all cut while I watch a movie.

Tried having coffee,ginger ale and coke, none agreeing so guess I shall make myself a good old hot tea.

Been watching across the street, lordy Corey has done a marvellous job of his house,now has me thinking of doing my outside entrance with the brick, have to check to see what my brother is up to, if he can fit it in before he leaves for Florida.

Darlene and John called, they will drop in tomorrow to do a few things.

Marilyn - tell your DH that I really "feel his pain", after 2 knee replacements. The first was the hardest and I was pathetically pained. It will get better, I know mine did - feels almost "normal" lol

We woke up to this yesterday . It's melting a bit - can see the grass, and it's supposed to be much warmer on Tuesday - hope all the snow melts so Bob can put on the winter tires. They're on rims, so he says it should be easier for him to do it.

ARG!!! the dirty S 4 letter word!! Oh my... we won't get any for QUITE a while normally. Some winters NONE! Can you imagine?

M , annaBelle Rose was my best girlfriend growing up, she was native Indian and to this day when we meet it’s like yesterday..annaBelle sure is a beautiful little angel, how happy you and Gordon must be.

Did Lorna find this year overwhelming, that is hard work doing what she does. Cousins Linda,Larry and I dug up my cousin Leonard’s Tom stone, Larry cemented it on a pad and Linda went yesterday to paint the lettering, we all feel good that he is no longer missing.

Bet you and Gordon are pleased it’s behind you, now for therapy..
Nice that Lorna’s mom will fly in for a visit..with the baby, gord and piper you wouldn’t want to be away from home for any amt of time.

We had a good weekend at the dog shows. My Teagan finished her championship! We'll slow down a bit with showing for a while. She's only 18 months, give her time to mature. I may show her myself at a few local shows.

Omg Deb, Teagan is absolutely beautiful, lots of work goes into show dogs as I know from Sharon..with winter coming it’s a good idea to put shows on hold.

Just ate a turkey dinner from leftovers Greg and Mel’s, there is enough for several meals without touching the meals Janice dropped off..here is hoping it stays down.

Going for a nap seeing I was up most of the night.

Snow's gone, and it's supposed to get warmer tomorrow. Bob plans on siding the west side of our home, which will finish it off. Then it's time to do the bathroom floor, entrance & hallway.
Working steadily on my quilt.

I spend several hours Sunday with my Sister, I worked on doll hair and she made the wardrobe bags for the dolls. Only 8 more dolls for me to finish the combing & rolling of the hair. Marie has agreed to complete what we have and NO MORE until after New Year. I would like to do JUST 25 18Inch dolls next year. ONLY 25, let's see if I can hold Marie to that!!
I don't enjoy the work on the hair, I REALLY like picking out the clothes & bagging up the wardrobe but I'm usually too busy with hair, Marie won't do hair!
My nephews 2 black labs just had puppies, 8 in one litter 11 in the other, only 4 were yellow and NO chocolate labs. The stud was yellow.

Tired almost 9 PM, past my bedtime.
