I bought some 21" deco mesh (red with green stripes) and made my first 2 bows. I love Youtube lol I have lots of it, so not sure what else I can do with it?!?! I suppose I can add streamers to the bows. Anyone with ideas?

Morning all, high of 54 but then temps drop quickly and we have a mixture of everything tonight..would be a good day to put Santa out front and set light up, need done but I’ve been procrastinating.

Are you still having nausea Betty? Has it subsided at all? Is there anyone close that could drive you hospital if necessary? How is your BP doing? I know - a lot of questions but answering them will keep your mind busy.

Betty, please get to the hospital. Call one if your sons or grandson's if need be.

Get yourself to the hospital NOW Betty. Call someone to take you. With your BP that high driving would be a bad idea. Sending positive thoughts and prayers.

That's a very high blood pressure Betty. I think you should go to ER but not drive yourself. At least call an ambulance, they can check your pressure too and advise you if you should go.

I debated all night about going, decided to try and relax and see if sleep would come, seems to have worked as here I am this morning, waiting until nine to call doctor’s office to book appt.

In the meantime the couch will be my best friend..

Got home around 3am, went to bed and just woke up.

The checked my heart, it’s ok and did a scan of my head, nothing there so told me to make appt with my doctor.

Just the bit of moving from bedroom to living room here My head is pounding and vision blurry so will call doctors office now.

Well something is going on for sure Betty. ER doesn't always catch the problem. Twice I've gone just to be sent back home. Two days later I return by ambulance too sick to ride in a car.
I'm still having difficulty breathing and pain on the left side. They've done Xrays and CAT scan and see nothing. Then chalked up to shingles pain. I still have some pain from the shingles but the pain while breathing hasn't lessened at all.
Going to try to get dressed and go visit neighbors. They've been here two weeks and I haven't been able to see them. They're leaving for TX tomorrow so I want to try to get down there. They could come here but I really feel I need a bit of a walk.

That is the annoying part Karen, when you are feeling so poorly and they find nothing..know something is wrong in my noggin..oh well we will see what doc says, not until dec 12th

Just about had a heart attack yesterday when I picked up my Rx from the drug store. This pill for my migrains ... it was $.234.36 Thank goodness I have private insurance as it was $45.77. When you turn 65 the government pays for some things but not this one.

*Big Gentle Hugs* Betty - high BP is scary! Blurred vision paired with a headache is no joke either, so obviously you should not be driving. Tell your sons & I don't think you should wait until Dec 12th to see your Dr!!! Emerg again, walk in clinic and maybe just Show Up at your Dr's office - demand to be looked at.

Nothing quite similar, but one time I fell on indoor stairs & couldn't sit down. Dr had x-ray done, showed nothing. Symptoms didn't go away, so asked for another x-ray - yup, there was a fracture at the base of my tailbone. Just a slight turning and they could see it, so Betty m'dear, it could be similar for you. This is nothing to ignore.

Betty .. hypertension, coupled with a headache and blurry vision are 3 RED flags .. could mean a stroke is in the offing.
Go back to ER .. be driven ..

Karen, when I worked in ER, anyone with a splitting headache and high blood pressure was triaged up to the top of the list ... I'm hoping all is well with Betty.

Just got home from emerge, did a bunch of scans and everything again appears to be ok
Just left with headaches and blurred vision, blood pressure ok
It was the constant vomiting since yesterday morning, had to take ambulance as I couldn’t drive..cab home, made hot chocolate then to bed I go

Doc suggested I go get my eyes checked again, so will call in first thing for appt

Gave me high doses of meds should vomiting start up again
