Sorry to say that Dad passed away a few min ago. He developed blood clot in the brain, and it took him quickly.

Thanks so much for all your prayers. He is now resting and not suffering anymore.

Linda Kay, gentle hugs to you my friend. He is very fortunate to go so quickly.

My Dad is going along. Getting out of the recliner only when he has to. He should move more or there will be complications but he doesn't.

We've had a storm front come in, getting to work tomorrow will be a challenge. If it's too bad I'll have to call in. Not worth risking my life for!

I sure hope the weather does not get nasty.

Oh LK I am so sorry to hear about your dad's passing. Will you fly up ? It's a comfort for you to know he is no longer in pain. My sincerest condolences to you and your family.

I will probably fly up in a week or so. Dad wished to be cremated, and there will be a memorial service. Not for sure on the dates yet. It might be after the new year.

I have been informed that the Santa Warren Gift I sent....is at its destination and ready for pickup!!! There are 2 boxes as I couldn't find one to fit what was needed.

We are having horrific weather.....and of all things I HAVE to take DH to a doctors appointment. He is throwing hissy fit because I suggested we reschedule. Absolutely NOT he says. AND with hand surgery I can't let him drive.

Betty safe travels. It is horrible here and another front coming in. Took DS 2 hours to get home from work last night...normal 40 minute drive.

And so sweet: A gift for the Pegusas and Flo!! So cute...Although they haven't found it yet...By the way i just love the bag the toy came in...I hope you can see the pattern.
Right now Peg is absolutley terrified of the great room, sigh and i scared the living daylights out of him while trying to play with a Large bell...Freaked him out so much he don't want to come by me...Wahhhh.

Betty I am so glad you are having a service drive you to the airport. I've been watching news clips of roads and the weather in your area. Wow.... and oh joy it is coming to me. So either Betty's weather system and Debbie's weather system converges on me big time or they cancel each other out. Hoping for the latter.

For 1 of the very few times in 15 years the wood stove is having trouble keeping the temp at 69*F. I feel like the coal loader on a train !! It is bitter cold here. I should have gone into Ktown today... don't think I will make it tomorrow.

Had several hours of sleep off/on
My pick up is 1am, just a few more minutes.. Dusted, floors washed, house in tip top shape, Ziggy going crazy,hate to leave him😉

Got a text from Lisa, ex daughter in law, seems the production was cancelled last night due to the storm, he had lead roll, so much work went into it, then to have it cancelled..she said he is devastated..here is hoping it's a go for tonight!

An hour sitting in lounge then off I go..hoping no delays

Oh Betty you chose a great time to head south - still bitter cold here. Storm will hit later today and overnight.

Sharon I need your sleep angels. Didn't sleep 2 hours last night and that not in a row. Wood stove kept smacking its lips and saying "More". The oil furnace clicked on every time the fire started to die down. That sound bolts me out of bed as all I can see are dollar bills flowing out the chimney.

Chaos flopped down beside me just now and his nose hit a random key. He and Diesel have such big heads and they like to lay it on my lap.

OMG I just received my Santa Warren gift from DEBBIE. Boy do you know us well.
The first thing I unwrapped was a bag of Timmies!!! Happy happy joy joy!
And the smiles kept getting bigger and bigger. She sent Lindt chocolate and two sweet snowman towels. She sent a cute stocking with a B on it. A huge mug with it's own coaster too. But she surely won my heart with the frame with four of her beautiful photos in it AND four more photos to change over if I wanted to. And a lovely card to both Norm and I. Deb I am so thrilled with this package. Thank you so very much dear heart.....

Enjoy that sun and warmth Betty. You were lucky that you only had a 90 min delay. Bedlam at the airport tonight. On CITY news a guy interviewed was saying that last night be picked up his flight attendant and their usual 30 min drive took over 4 hours.Storm to hit here later tonight into tomorrow.
