Blocks for Karen - QoV. Got two more paper-pieced pieces cut - need to sew.
Cut pieces for Mariner's Compass wall hanging.
That should keep me busy. Thanks for the coffee LK - I'm going to need it.1 LOL

Can't wait to see your projects, especially that mariners compass. One I have always wanted to do, but all those points scare me to death.

Well, my Dr. just called and had to reschedule my surgery for the 24th. I have to be there at 6:30 in the morning for 8:30 surgery time. I was so looking for the 22nd to get here, but it s only 2 more days.

I know even two days will seem like forever LInda but it will pass. Actually I would rather be operated on on a Wed rather than a Monday as who knows what kind of a weekend the staff had???? At least they should be all okay by then!!! Just sayin'

Plus my surgery is first thing wed. morning, before it was at 3:30 in the afternoon.

Good - get it over with, early in the morning, then you can plan for the rest of the day (a nap? Would be my choice lol)

74 degrees here, no sweater or jacket needed. Disappointed that we haven't seen any rain yet. The friend I walk with in the evenings goes to her church on Thursday to work on quilts. She doesn't sew them just does the tying. I thought she meant with yarn but says it is thread. She invited me to go with her and I've been thinking about it. After they have a lot of them done they lay them on pews in the church for a blessing and then I believe they ship them to our troops. Have to ask her again who they make quilts for. Good cause.

judgement against us. They don't have to leave until June 16th 2016, and get Feb rent free, and 1/3 off their March rent. PLUS, they want us to "repair" items in the home, such as enlarging the window in the den. The $$ compensation is because we "disturbed the peaceful enjoyment of the tenants". The Hearing Officer said that we have a year lease, not a periodic one, even though the same office said it was a month-by-month. Bob just went upstairs, to tell our landlords.......
They're happy to have us stay.

So, we pay same rent as our tenants, plus the pad rent for the mobile, plus storage, because this place is 1/2 the size.......

I'm not crying anymore, but have a major headache

thank you, LK - Bob & I are going to exact the BEST revenge - live life to the fullest right where we are, for the next 4 1/2 months. Our landlords are happy to have us stay, and they're stunned about the turn of events with our tenants.
Best I can say right now - our tenants are not contacting us, thankfully - not sure what I would say to them if they did LOL
