Sending prayers.
Suite # 308 Sweet Interruptions Hotel
Kathy - hope this gets all settled amicably.......
Ernie - hugs going your way - yes, gardening can be difficult, but oh-so-rewarding...
yes, I'm really pleased with the help I'm getting :-)
So much happens when I move away from the computer. Glad you have great help, Susan. Don't think I've ever had that kind of energy even in my 20's.
Ernie, your garden is so beautiful, a wonderful place to sit and enjoy. Yep working in the yard is getting harder all the time. You have a great little paradise of your own.
Jordankittyjo, I hope you get this mess straightened out and you won't need the bail bondsman. Do they have proof that anyone threatened them?
I am busy looking up how to take care of the plants I received at the round-up. My biggest mistake is overwateriing them. Perfect day as temps. in the high 60's and low 70's with lots of sunshine.
Sharing something in the news, about our Mobile Home Park, where I live. I was not affected by this, thankfully.......

That is pretty gross.
OMG I can't believe they haven't done something!!!!
I will not have the use of phone, internet and sateliite tv soon.
Got a nasty call from the phone company. Checked the bill and found out he owed $##
He got himself this low.
I always stressed utilities come first, he just ignored and tried to pay last minute and thereby put that payment elsewhere.
I found out too that he had another bank loan from another local company. So, there makes 2
Who knows who else he borrows from others. That's why he wanted money from his mother.
Don't know what it takes to turn him around, and I am sliding down the slide along with him.
Sorry sisters. Love you all. I may just have to scramble and find some money for my own cell phone which don't have much minutes left.
NOT wanting help, you have all done more than enough.

So sorry he has stooped so low Jaye. Let us know if there is something we can do.
So much of my grievances, I don't want to empty the room. Again sorry..
Ernie brother, you have two green thumbs! Please don't talk of dying or death. We don't have a date, and we want you to be with us fo decades!! Yes, when you get to be unbearable in postings, we will still want you around.. and will call you a loving curmudgeon.
Overwatering is my biggest problem Pegi. You will just have to remember to use a water meter.
Oh Susan, I can't access the link. Must be my net/
Sister Kathy I had laid your neigbor at the altar and as I said it's a blessing you no longer are with that church..They had not respected you and only Jesus can shut the door on members.
Sue, stay happy please. You have two wonderful kids even the headaches are blessings!! They are good distractions.
Waving to Barb,. Karen, Cindy. Texas Angel, Judy, Cookie, LK and lurkers out there.
I was late in posting the above since my sister in France instinctively decided to call me.
We have such a bond that God sees to it she'd call when I'm in this terrible mess.
LK, yes, I will be needing prayers. I asked the Lord, when,., when will Kelvin admits his failure and be transparent on everything. Guess it's bit by bit.
Jesus gave me the right amount of strength to wait for His time. If He gave me more than that, I might just make use of that 9mm and blow my brains out after I get through with Kelvin.
Lol.
Love all of you.
Don't you think like that. Come and vent here all you want.
Everyone here is a valued and loved member of this group, and we invite others to join as well - we are not an exclusive group of God's Kids - HE's inclusive and so are we!
Grievances - we all have them, Wondrous things - we all have them, Friends here - we all ARE them.
Never should anyone feel like they can't share even the horrendous or wonderful things - they are what make up all of us, the good and the bad and sharing is what we DO!
I treasure each and every one of you, my valued friends, and want to hear all of what goes on in your lives :-)
Well said Susan.
Totally agree Susan.
We all have our ups and downs. We celebrate the ups and pass out hugs for the downs. Most of all we all stand together.
I thank God everydayfor my sistah's in the sweet interruption hotel
Beautiful Ernie!!! And it goes without saying that we thank God for you!!!!! Pray for you every day.
Wow Ernie! Love those calla lilies! And the raised garden bed is exactly what I have in our Community Garden! (well, maybe one more layer - we have 3?!?!)
and the Guinea fowl (?) - awesome.
Is that your dog, limping?
yes Barb, it goes without saying that we thank God for Ernie, our adopted bruther!!!

That is beautiful, Linda Kay! I miss growing sunflowers here........ maybe I should again - although I would have to check the length of season required.........
Susan I appreciate the uplifting words.
Yes Sis Kathy, all sisters and brother here, and I know there are regular lurkers, are so wonderful with great hearts. And only a few threads have similar minded souls and will do all to help a fallen 'sibling'.
Wow brother Ernie, is that a ring necked pheasant??? He's beautiful!!! My eyes were drawn to that handsome fella first.
I recognise the callas, but are the flowers in the first pic, hydrangeas or purple rhodies?
LK I have always wanted a chaste tree. They do good in your zone, but I think may not be suitable for mine. Great opportunities there to capture the butterflies.
Waving to Barb... prayers are the spokes that turn the wheel of our lives.
Noman (thanks Ernie) made arrangements with the phone company. Funny thing was he got upset that the phone co called the land phone! What an asswipe, of course duhh.. it's THEIR phone!!! Lolol.
I managed to stay calm last night and today. Perhaps this is the breakthrough needed for him to quit being so arrogant that he can do all things his way and keep me in the dark. He is not Jesus.
Have a great memorial weekend.
Thank you Barb what a lovely thing to say to a friend and a double nice thing to say to someone you have never met.
Susan yep that's our baby he is 6 and is from our last litter. He is not limping he is prancing. Shortly before I retired I bought Andy Loyal man and 007 Charming Jenny to breed so I could raise some puppies. I said God please give me two litters without hurting 007 and I will spay her . I did not want to risk her health. She had her two litters and I had her spayed I sold to deserving people who showed up with little kids very cheap. Andy cost me $1200 and Jenny was $1250. I sold some of those pups for $ 150. to kids, some for $1000. Moral of the story don't show up to buy a pup driving a fancy 4 wheel diesel pick up lol. I tpld all the buyers the same thing if you don't like the dog bring it back I will give you your money and pay your vet bills. I never got one dog back. Bud who I worked with ordered one before Jenny was a year old he came back when she had her second litter and bought one for his grown son. Any way all is still well today and Andy and Jenny live the life of Riley with 90 pound baby James and Milo the black cat. The bird is a Chinese Pheasant or Ring neck.
Jay your right ring neck and the flowers are large Rhode's .
1 Andy sponging for a treat.
2 Sweet Jenny.
3 better pic of Andy
4 Jenny and James how those pups loved that saw dust pile..
5 Andy L James right
hahahahaha Ernie - those pictures and those sayings are priceless!! You have a wonderful "sense" of the ironic. "I missed the potatoes" LOL
Nice to see a picture of you - handsome fella your bride has :-)
You are not boring us - far from it - you've given us our daily "cute" and "adorable" LOVE it!! Keep it up!!!!!!!!
Don't need to meet you Ernie to know a friend when I "read" one!!!!! My prayers for your well-being continue.
Love the photos of both the flowers and the pets. Never get bored with those!!!!
Have a great long weekend everyone....And please remember our vets and those serving today.
Oh Ernie, those pictures never get boring. Keep them coming please?
Ernie, you will never bore any of us. Such a beautiful yard, beautiful dogs, and handsome man. What more can we ask for!!
I was so sure we would get some rain out of the dreary dark cloudy days, but someone else is enjoying it.
Finally got papers from the DMV so I can get rid of that boat. Told my son I have a feeling that the young man is not going to call back, sure hope I'm wrong. Nothing going to happen over the Memorial Day weekend so I should get busy with my clean up.
Ernie, Love your dog pictures and your flowers too.
Ernie, I could never get bored by looking at and hearing about Goldens. My Molly Malone is just as precious to me, she's a black gold. Her mom was golden, her dad a black lab. She's solid black but looks like a golden. Truly a sweetheart too.
Ha!! Told you all we have faithful lurkers!!
Hey there Liz! How do you like our weather? Yesterday it was blistering hot, and this morning, a nice high 60s.
Pegi, is there a way for the potential buyer to haul the boat? When my ex sold his, he had to loan the buyer his trailer.
I've met Cookie, Marion, Sue, Judy and Betty.
Still clinging on to hope that I will get to hug more.
I agree with Barb, you can tell one's character without meeting in real life, just by reading the postings.
Look here brother Ernie, none of us will ever get bored with your pictures. They enhance the decor of this suite.
Never had a goldie, but I know how intelligent they are.
Who's cooking for this Memorial Day, Karen?
Wow, that's a beautiful statue LK. Worthy to be in any American's garden.
Susan, you can celebrate this national holiday via watching American war movies!! Lol.
won't be sitting to watch movies much this weekend........... next Saturday is the Big Move, then it's Cleaning Time in the "old place"..........
Everyone takes turns providing and preparing meals. I did dinner first night (Fri.) Breakfast was casual...an on your own thing. Youngest son did tonights dinner. Tomorrow breakfast is Eggs Benedict...Our belated Mother's Day breakfast. Compliments of oldest son. Might be having a campfire dinner.
Fishing tournament is ongoing and leadership changes every few hours. Each participant puts in $5. Biggest fish by noon on Monday gets it all. Nearly everyone has won at least once including the kids.
LK great statue how fitting you got that in time for memorial day.
Glad so many like my pictures you encourage me to stay alive. I have been to the hospital 5 times since 2010 and to the nursing home 5 times as well . Once it was for 13 weeks because I got a terrible staff infection at the hospital. Not fun once I begged them to with hold the treatments and let me die. I was not afraid just awful sick. I had to send Linda home because she wanted to spend every minute of every day with me and she had a life to live to. As I become weaker and weaker I remain wanting to do many things even though they are hard. Enough of my drivel there are happier times to remember.
Jaye and the rest of you get a golden you won't be disappointed.
Karen I want in on the fishing tourney .
1 cooked crab
2Crab in trap
3 Salmon in net on a boat I built in1979 the fellow I sold it to in 84 still has it and I go with him from time to time what fun for me work for him. This pic is from a day last fall he caught 354 fish that day the boat was deck loaded I loved it.
4 my babies so much fun.
5Salmon on hook and line I caught a 28 pounder that day and had to release it because it was closed for kings at that time. I released it and 50 feet behind the boat a sea lion exploded out of the water shaking the fish. Boy did that irk me I had to release it into the jaws of a salmon eater.
1 Rainbow over my garden corn you think that's enough for 2 people lol.
2 Barb this is our lovely friend Maria she went to get a couple of tomatoes for our lunch when she first visited us. She was so cute she apologized for picking so many. She said I just could not stop. Mad ha ha I loved it and so did Linda.
3 here she is with my onions.
4 grow my lovelies grow.
5 WE picked a few that day.
Barb if my health will let me I am flying to see her in the Alzheimer's wing of the home she is in. She begs me on the phone to drop by after work and visit her. She has good and bad days yet she understands I am sick and says well take care of yourself first wow what a sweetheart . It will be hard on me to visit and be bittersweet but if it makes her a little bit happy it will be worth it. After I leave there I will fly to Kentucky and go fishing with Bonnie's hubby Wayne for 5 days then home. To start my treatments . With luck I can make my Alaska trip. Then I am done no more big trips.
Morning everyone.
Not for sure how much rain we got, but I am so not happy. All it has done is rain, and in a few bours, here comes more. I know the gardens love it, but I am so ready for some sunshine.
Ernie your tomatoes look wonderful, what I wouldn't give for fresh mater sandwich!
I would be a little irked too at having to release that big salmon only for the sea lion to eat it.
Oh Ernie - what wonderful memories of such an incredible woman. Her story is incredible and she is just as sweet as your pictures show. I love all the other pictures but those two are truly special. You were blessed with a visit form her.....
