Sorry to hear about your knees, so many are having knee problems. Be careful of that of oxycodene, that's some powerful stuff. My doctor gave me norco and I only use it when I want to get out and play in the dirt. My DH was always so worried about getting addicted,, but that risk was something he took so he could be pain free. Thank God we have pills to kill our pain.
I haven't seen my new doctor yet, I just hope he is as good as the one that retired.

Poor you Susan, you don't need more aggravation with your knees at this time. If T3 didn't work, hopefully the oxyc will.

I was given oxycodene when I fractured my ankle. It must have been a low dosage.. 20 I think. Didn't work never thought of taking another. I ended up taking painkillers that my sis had sent me which has some opium.

The Dr only gave me enough of the oxyc to see me through the move - as he said "see you through this crisis". Guess he figures I'm being extra hard on my knees right now, and not resting them much, so need the narcotic to see me through. Before getting up, my knees were screaming this morning, and after I got up crying with the pain - he figures I don't need to go through that........
I took at 2pm, 7:30pm, and now it's midnight - not sure if I should take now (to sleep) or tomorrow morning, to start my day pain free. I guess I'll wait - I'm not hurting them while I'm sleeping (rest time).

Had to share my first morning glory that opened today, as well as my pride of Barbados bloom. It usually doesn't bloom till June or July.

Thanks Sistah, yep I had a great mothers day. It was also my eldest sister Ginni's birthday. We had a nice visit by phone. Oh yes indeed, Jacob did make me a fabulous Breakfast sandwich and then also Chicken Parmesan sandwiches with stuffed eggplant. OMG, delicious.
It was fun to help him out, I fried the eggplant, lol. We had great visit while he bustled around the kitchen. I actually enjoy watching him prepare and cook.
Later in the evening We rode motor scooters, was a blast.
Sabrina took me plant shopping! We will have a beautiful display for the front, which I need to finish up! We had lots a fun at the garden center. Julia came to visit before work and gave me a gift card, which I am saving for the gathering.

Yippy Sistah, guess who's coming for a visit? Lizrainy!! Kenny gave her an early b-day present, a visit with me!!! Got to love that guy, big happy smiles, can't wait.

Woohooo, yesterday, I was in tears...Oh but they were happy tears for sure. My girls and I went dress shopping and Julia Chose a gorgeous dress, she picked a very elegant dress!
OMG, reality set in sitting at a stop light and I just started tearing up. Got the dress with a 60%
down payment, which was exactly the amount I had saved up. Winks and smiles, we decided it was totally meant to be. So, the wedding plans are well underway. We have the venue, caterer and now dress...
Other then that, been busy cleaning, laundry and packing/unpacking and start all over!

Haven't really done any crafts/sewing for a while. I do want to do something for R/W/B swap,
So will start that soon.

Meds are working - I find 2x a day when I can actually DO stuff, without excruciating pain, and that's a good thing. Energy too.......
Mind you, the rest of the time (aside from about 4 hours when the meds are working) I'm still in a lot of pain.
Ah well, 2 1/2 weeks to go. Trying to get cleaning done at the same time as "clear out"

It is surprising what you can find in higher up cupboards when it comes time for major cleaning. I have so much stuff that I just do not need or use. I know when pain meds start working you would love to get so much done before they wear off again.

We got some rain today, a nice rain fall too at least for an hour or so. It has come down to the drip stage now, bu hoping for more. Just don't want any rain on Saturday when we take our trip out to the gardening round up. I am looking forward to spending a great day with a few friends.
Plan on going to visit a good friend later on who lives close by.

Some of the stuff I found will find its way to a yard sale lol

Evening everyone. Well, i am back from another trip to San Antonio, and another cancelation. I stood outside the Dr. office for 15 minutes, and finally knocked on the door. The girl ask me if I needed something. I told her I was there for my 1:00 appointment. She looked at me like I was crazy, and told me the office was closed for the day. She said I missed my appointment yesterday at 10:00. We stood there arguing and another lady came out and told me I missed my appointment. She said everyone was called for the new day and time. When I showed her my phone log to prove I never got that call, then they apologized. I said I do not accept the apology, and told them to tell the Dr. I was really upset. Then walked out.

My opinion on Brady.. I had rooted for him at his first Superbowl. But the last one, I rooted for Wilson.. don't get me wrong.. I knew then Brady would whip that young un's arse. Even if the balls were to be at normal inflation, Brady would still whip Wilson's butt.

Apparently he had tried to get some money from her, as she had called me up and demanded I come over, immediately!
Lolol... I didn't expect a confrontation like that.
I could have easily told her that Kel tried to borrow money from another source (I overhead the voice mail, the fool forgot to mute it)
Then Mama told him to declare bankruptcy. Kel said he would have no credit.
I must tell Ida that he is still tninking of moving elsewhere and that he'd need credit to get a new truck... rental home.
Sisters, let me tell you all this. His credit score is already worthless!!

Yesterday, Kel walked in the door with a big box and he started accusing me of ordering something online.
What a fool when he knows I don't have any money at all.

Anyway, the box contained some Asian goodies with no name on it. Just a store from Pa.
Immediately, I thought it must be from one of my Facebook Indonesian friends. Few of them had my addy..Christmas cards.. etc.
So I posted the query on FB and the sender private messaged me. It took that for Kelvin to be convinced that it was a gift. He pouted all evening like a little boy.
I had to rub it in that the only gifts he get are from MY friends and family. As his cousin told me in church, Kelvin may appear jovial.. fun to be with.. but he's really not a FRIEND friend's. No one can get intimate with him as he's too superficial. Thats why he fell for the biotch for she stroked his ego with lies.

Oh, I can use my landphone now. He's been dragging his feet until Synda said something and LK kinda helped too. Thanks!!

Well I did it!!! I sent property management a letter telling them that I no longer lived at the house in Marysville and do not want to be held responsible for any damages that may occur. Weeelllllll I got a very nasty text from A hole lol and of course he tried to put all the blame on me LOL I told him he had better let them know I moved out but nope. So according to him I broke the lease agreement and now he may get kicked out and have to pay $5600 ooppsie And he went on and on and on lol I told him it was all his fault that if he would of thought with his head instead of his you know what none of this would of happened. Then I told him he did me a favor :)

He can't hurt me or make me feel bad any more because I have found a real good man this time. He is what I have been searching for a very long time. We may be going to Sturgis, SD for the big motorcycle rally in Aug and if we do we will be do some traveling for about 3 weeks I am so hoping we do. Neither one of us have ever been and it's on our Bucket list :) I will be seeing him Saturday at a going away party for a friend.

We got some rain to Pegi!! It's funny how some areas get pounded and we barley get any it was coming down hard all around us today. And here I went and watered the garden thinking we wouldn't get any at all lol

Asking prayers for my son's Dad. Andy just called and said he has cancer in his stomach and spleen, and was told he has a few months left.
Andy doesn't know how to feel, as his Dad was never in their lives.

It was quite an excitement for me last night.
I was weedeating with weak legs, when finished around 6.30, picked up sick Goldie, returned to the house.. walking in, I tripped over telephone wires that ASSWIPE was supposed to neaten out. Down came I, bringing phone, keyboard.. and poor scared Goldie clinging to my right arm.

I landed hard on my right knee first, then came the boobs..
Thank God for big boobs, they protect the face from a hard fall, if not my chin should be busted.
Couldn't move.. twisted my left side when I tried to turn over. After I managed to lift my upper body.. tried calling Kelvin (who's on the streets as usual). No answer, left a message. He didn't call back, and I can't text him as my cell phone doesn't work indoor.
Immediately I called Ida, asking her to text Kel to call me. She didn't return my call.. so I called Synda for help and asked her to message LK.
Wow!!!
Not only LK texted Kel but Rick left a message too!!
And yes, sisters.. as I had told LK, he's not going to call me back till after 10.
Which he did.
I sat on the floor for almost an hour before sucessfully getting up, holding on to first, a tub, filled with heavy craft stuffs, and then the work table.

Thank you so much Synda and LK for the precious help. I can call on Holly, but I know him too well, he'd turn into an ogre if he knew Holly had helped.
But since nothing's broken, I chose to pull myself up.

Kel called at 10.11, all concerned. When he returned he acted sheepish after admitting that Rick, Synda's DH had left a message telling him that he'd help but he's thousands of miles away.
What an asswipe I have huh?
I was on the phone with Synda when I asked him why he never answer my calls if called after seven, to which he denied vehemently.
How come I can predict at what time he'd return my call, since the fall was after seven!!

He then proclaimed that since I reached out to synda and LK, now everyone of my friends know about his evil ways.
I remarked, if I had called on Holly, the church, the town will then surely know. Like they don't by now.

4 painkillers and all night ice pack helped a lot.
Kelvin did help me with the laundry last night and get in and out of the shower. He also helped with putting on the pjs.
Oh yes Synda, he microwaved the tube steaks too. Three for him, one for me.

Ida was pissed when she found out. She also told me, next time if I were to fall, call the paramedics to help me off the floor. There's no charge if I chose not to go to the hospital.

I asked myself how much longer can I go on, and Lord kept telling me to have faith in Him, for He will not fix the situation all at one time, but bit by bit.

There. Another novella. A return to my new normal now. He's out again. I'm reading the bible again.
