Oh I forgot to mention he brought home a Siamese cat.
He said his customer was going to bring it to a kill shelter, so he took her off his hands.
It's declawed, and when I saw it, it's an old cat.
Her name is Pearl. What an irony. The fricking owner having declawed it, and now that cat is old and not cute anymore decided to get rid of it. Just like Kel wanting to get rid of me.
I'm useless to Kel, but unlike the cat, I have Jesus.
He said he'll bring it to his shop and try to adopt it out. Who is going to take in an older cat? This is a poor county
Of course, I'll be stuck with it.. it's defenseless if left outside.
Now Kel will be on Ramen noodles and tube steaks 4 times a week, with another rescue to feed. :D
I'm okay.. I still have my shrimps and the luxurious canned goods from France.
Suite # 308 Sweet Interruptions Hotel
Glad to see you posting Jaye. I pray your knee is not broken, or no torn knee caps or tendons. Keep it elevated with ice.
Yes I agree, he is an asswipe!!!
He would be deeply ashamed and hurting for sure.
I typed another novella and my cat walks all over it.
Sue, and all sisters.
Don't ever feel you can't say anything bad about Kelvin here. The truth is the truth and though I love him, he's still an asswipe and a liar.
I am not using any rose colored glasses. When he starts lifting his hands, that's when I can call the police, and his ass will be handled by the law followed by him losing his job, and I can get help.
So far, he knows exactly when not to push it too far as surprise, surprise.. his mother is my ally.
He had pitted that woman against me all these years. What an asswipe.
Kelvin has no access to DG, so I am safe.
Unlike Facebook.. I had to stroke his ego if I wanted a couple of dollars more. He has a mercurial temper and if he felt he has been slighted on FB, he'd display a frightening tantrum with shouts and screams that scare the cats.
LK, I wish there's a man that would tell him off in Tabor Ciry. Kel stays away from his Christian cousins and friends, and yet tell his mum that he has no male friends.
He hates confrontations from righteous men.
That's why he couldn't be angry at Rick's message. Kel may be big, but he's a coward in real life.
BJ is witness to his little boy act.
Taking more painkillers, and hoping that I don't need more than 2. Wish I had Bailey's.
oh Jaye......... if your legs are hurt, PLEASE take care. You may need an MRI to find out if there's perm damage. Don't be like me and leave it for 2 1/2 years....... now I'm paying for it.
THANK GOD that you have Ida on your side, and she knows now what her son is like.
yes, DG is not his Thing lol Neither is the Lord either, apparently.....
oh, I worry so about you, Jaye, my beloved sister........!!!!!!!
I pray for you constantly
((((((Jaye)))))) Boy wouldn't that man like to have a taste of my medicine LOL Doug found out he picked the wrong woman to cheat on lol.
Good Morning Everyone,
Had my first date with Ron yesterday. Went to my favorite place, Swabbie's on the River, had a good time getting to know each other a little better but it was really hard to talk and have a good conversation because the music was so loud! He sent me a text last night before going to bed said he thinks we make a good looking couple and is looking forward to some one on one time. I will be going to his place Friday night, then Saturday morning we leave for our trip to Fort Bragg. When we come back I will be meeting his daughter and two grandsons, yikes LOL
Here is our first pic together
He's right you do make a good looking couple. Glad you're having a bit of fun.
Jaye, please go to the Dr. and have things checked out.
You also need to keep working on getting SS disability.
Cindy I am glad to hear things are working out for you. I love that picture
Good morning sisters and brother Ernie
Hope you're on the road to great recovery, brother.
Cindy yes, you and Ron make a perfect looking couple. He looks like a dignified gentleman. Meeting his family? You'd do fine with your bubbly personality.
Yes Susan, asswipe, to me, is a superficial Christian. Only when it suits his purpose, he'd practice the faith. His mother's greatly hurt by his insincerity, and she's also praying Kelvin will realize that he needs to repent.
Sorry LK, over here, there's no university nor charity hospitals that will take me in without payment upfront, since I have no insurance.
Even when my doctor sent me for bloodworks, I had to walk away when payment is demanded right away.
Today, I'll be missing church. Knee is much better, from a coconut size bruise reduced to a robin's egg!! So, not risking the drive.
Had told Holly to ask the rest to pray for me.
It could be worse, but I truly believe your sincere prayers helped so much.
Have a beautiful Sunday.
Down with Kel the non man.
Home from two days in the horsepital
Glad to hear the swelling is better.
Ernie so glad to hear you are home from the hospital.
Thank You Sue
I had a busy weekend! We went out to the gardening round up, just a few of us but we all had a very nice time. Brought home some great plants and now I have to get busy and repot some and have some seeds to sow.
I also went to the memorial service and so glad I did. As each name of the loved one was called we went up took a beautiful flower and put it in one of the 3 containers of water. Then was given a packet of forget me nots. After the service we went out side and whoever wanted to take a white dove and and let it go.
Glad to hear you got to go to the round up and had fun.
Love the flowers from the memorial.
Had so much fun today with my GF Teri. Taught her how to make soy candles. Dang near had a disaster!!! The nut came off the spigot as I was pouring Cinnamon, cup runneth over lol. I was going to make Teri do it's a good thing I didn't she would panicked and wax would of been all over the place. Pic of her pouring Honey Baked Pears using her double boiler.
Looks like a lot of fun, glad she did not pour the wax all over.
Pegi, that's a nice RU, a memorial service included.
It's good that you left the house for something so special, besides getting more plants!
At least with candle making, you won't be inhaling toxic fumes, Cindy! SO nice of you to teach Teri your craft. And you do make great candles.
Read you made it to gym, Sue. You should be 'high' after the exercises.
Ernie, follow your doctor's orders and OBEY your in home nurse.. i.e Linda! May you have an appetite to help digest the meds.
LK, you know you're a treasure! You have been so kind as to keep this going. Always making sure no one is excluded. I can safely say, all that knows you here, appreciate you.
DG should make you an honorary member.
Sunday evening, I went for the evening's service. Drove real slow, a 7 minute journey became 15. Each time I had to use the brakes, I had to lift up my right knee!
Could have use my left leg to press on the brakes, but didn't think about it.
God directed me to get there
Smiling faces everywhere when I walked in, as though Mrs. Claus has graced the church!
Towards the end of the sermon.. preacher called out his wife and there she was walking directly towards my pew. I happened to be the only one sitting there. Kinda shocked when she handed me an envelope. As I opened it, saw what it was, almost cried when I told her that I am not a mother.
But preacher said that I'm a spiritual mother. Of course, got old Jaye here crying and thanking church and God for that recognition.
Then as I was heading towards the truck, a church brother stopped me and told me that my two front tires were dangerously low.
I had asked Kel about it, and his reply was a curt "It is okay" Yes brother Ernie, he is a noman.
The samaritan, knowing where I live, told me to drive to the corner store so he could inflate the tires.
He also said, it's not Kelvin driving it, since it's me, I wouldn't know how to control that big truck if something goes wrong with the tires.
Wow.. I am so blessed and thank God for moving me to return to church that evening.
Got a 10 dollar gift cert to a local restaurant. All mothers got that. Told Kel about it, he was kinda shock as no churches have ever acknowledge someone as a spiritual mother.
Then as to his reaction to that good samaritan, he was nonchalant.
That's okay, I am on a Jesus high~ Validation there that He does pay attention to me. If He does that for me, He sure is doing the best for all my righteous sisters here.
.
All good things are coming your way, Jaye, thank God. That memorial service I went to has improved how I'm feeling. I really was moved by letting the white dove fly into the air. Also when I went out to the gardening round up I took a small box with Darwin's ashes to her as she has picked out a tree to honor him. He enjoyed going out to this 47 acre farm and even found a hammock to lay in for a while. She is so good about giving honor to deceased loved ones. I just hope I get out there next year.
Today, I cleaned up some more pots and potted up some bulbs. We don't know what they are so will be surprised when they sprout. I haven't felt like doing this in a long time.
I also think I have a young man who will take the boat & trailer off my hands. Funny as I put a free ad in our local Penny Saver and the ad starts tomorrow. Had to call the DMV and find out how to get ownership out of DH's name. As soon as all this is taken care of I feel I'm making progress in eliminating some junk. I just hope he doesn't change his mind.
Jaye, that was so nice of the church to recognize you as a spiritual mother.
we always knew you are a spiritual mother, Jaye - look how you look after God's furries, and us!!
Good for you Pegi. The transfer fee for a boat, shouldn't be much. One albatross out of your way soon, what's next?
I do hope so that Lord continues to keep looking out for me.
Thanks LK. It was such a great surprise. I wouldn't call it pleasant for it shocked me!
Lol Susan!! I don't walk around with a big stick either! My cats can walk all over me.
lol Jaye - never said you carried a big stick!! (don't remember, as a mother, if I ever did?!?!?!)
Good morning, praying everyone will have a perfect day today.. or at least almost.. with no bad mishaps.
Ernie.. healing for you our brother.
Off to an appt and a long day at that office.
Catch you all later.
Much love.
You have a good day too Jaye!

Today is a drop dead gorgeous day lots of pure sunshine.
Glad to hear you are having a nice day Ernie.
We are having a good day, not a lot of sunshine, but enough to keep me happy. Still gathering up flower pots and washing them up. Slap my hands if I even think about buying another pot!
Looking for a spot to plant my forget-me-nots. I choose working out side rather than inside, but inside work has to be done or I'll trip over something and take another tumble.
Hope all have a great day and lots of blessings.
Pegi, no woopdidoos allowed.
Sue, if you have all that energy, you have my address. ..
very gorgeous day today - lots of sunshine, and a full summer heat, with a delicious breeze.
Had 2 young ladies (in their 30's) helping me packing - one is a neighbour, and one is from our church. The one from our church worked like a house on fire, and will be back tomorrow. Cleaned out one of the sheds in our backyard, and will be back to do the larger one. She may be the one to get the camping gear we have for sale - she's the youth minister, so I could see her wanting more camping gear for the summer. The other young lady will be back in a week (Tues?). She also showed up 45 min after she said she would be right over (and lives within the Park). Not quite as impressed with her........ She showed up in time to drive over to the new place and take things into the house, whereas Rachel had emptied the shed, and loaded hers & my cars up with everything that needing taking. As I said - a real powerhouse.
Both, btw, VERY much appreciated - without help from the "young ones" I would not have been so productive today..........
Also met the pest control fella this morning, at the new place. All's good there too :-)
Ker came over to look at the wall that needs mudding and painting and said he would mud the wall for Bob :-)
Thank you LK it was a very good day.
Theres a place I can go and I won't be afraid in my yard hope you all enjoy these as much as I am walking around being around I have created a monster and what was once fun is now hard work. As my health declines I work harder and harder trying to keep up but I love my yard and wonder who will get this place when I die. Maybe I will see some day.
Susan, I am glad to hear you have all the help you do to help with the move.
Ernie your yard is beautiful, and I agree gardening is a lot of hard work.
with the dew point, it was 85 here yesterdayat 8am. suppose to be "cooler" today
have to take my husband to jail today and then bail him out. bail is set for 2,500.00. all over a piece of land. I have talked to lawers more than my family this week. it's like having 2 phones in your hand, having 2 coversations. can't put your own house up for collateral. so it's cash or bond. I called a bonds bailsman, who is meeting us there
OH WOW! I sure hope you can get it settled.
that sucks ! . I m so sorry about what is going on with your husband. :( sending you hugs and warm thoughts.
Lk i would love to come and visit. Maybe Cookie and i need a road trip ? :)
