Well, it is day 3 of non stop rain. Good for the gardens, but hard to get laundry dried when we have no dryer. We have always used the clothes line, but guess we just have to wait!

I had to go back and read some of the posts I missed.

Jaye, I went to website for the People Books, wow there are so many! After Outlander Series I will start reading them. Kel does seem to keep digging himself into that big hole. My DH did come on the slow train too, with many stops in between. He let me do all the decisions and I let him. Now I'm wondering where my mind was all those years.

I decided I'm only going to make a little sugar nectar for the birds since the one that comes around isn't sharing with his/her friends. I just put 2 cups of water in the microwave for 3 minutes and added 1/4 cup sugar. I just finished hanging the feeder back up and my friend is back.

I may get out to the gardening round up on April 25th. I asked my son if he wanted to go out there, he would like the farm as much as I do. I don't have anything to share since I lost interest when Darwin started his chemo treatments. Nice pot luck too so hope turns out that we can go.

If you don't have a dryer, then you're saving on electricity! I love clothesline drying, the sun smell lingers on the bedsheets. LK, do your jeans get stiff when they're dried?

Oh yes Pegi.. lots of books to catch up on. I tend to read a book a day with the People series.

I'm so sorry that I have been MIA for so long .Rick and Ryan's jobs keep my mind in a blur ! And that is not a real hard task ....LOL .Last week Rick worked 94 hrs ,I have lost track for this week how many he has worked .Jaye told you all that I got a new car (2010 Dodge Charger ,new to me ) ,an early Anniversary Present .Our 18th Anniversary is the 28th of this month .After being without a car for a year this was definitely a God send ! She is Beautiful !!!!! But Rick really trumped my gift of tickets to go see Bill Engvall for him .....LOL.

I Pray that Kel gets his head out of his ass soon ! Jaye I KNOW that whatever happens YOU will be fine ,the Lord is Holding YOU in His Hands !!! But will continue to Pray !

Linda Kay, yes you are right. In the email, he's supposed to print out consent of a background check. He already had that done when applying for the Va. position, and the fool will have to do it for every state he applied. He doesn't know about the credit check yet, I won't tell him.
A low credit score could be a liability .. too much postal thievary.
A school friend of his is in jail for postal theft. She managed to swindle money from postal money orders.

Off to my favorite place, CHURCH!! He just woke up cheerful and planning to fix his white truck.
Only the Lord can deter Kelvin's selfish plans.

BTW, Synda did tell me that Kelvin needs to learn humility. SHe's absolutely right. That man is so arrogant that he thinks nothing can stop him. He forgets that he isn't Jesus.

Well, it looks like the last shots are not working! :( I woke up yesterday and today sore, so I will just have to learn to live with it for now. I am not ready for surgery yet!

I am so disappointed they aren't working, LK.
Can't think of any other options here, but painkillers. I myself have to switch around painkillers as they can wear out and lose their effectiveness after a few weeks of working.

I woke up at 6am, and started knitting, sitting on the couch.
I've had tomato soup, and 2 oranges. Hungry again, so going for something else - not sure what. Not up to either making or eating anything too heavy. Maybe I'll make a sandwich....... I'll see what's in the fridge

It is in the 70's but just a little too warm to be working outside. I did go out and cut back some dead flowers and pulled out some more weeds. I just look around shake my head and come back inside. Guess working under the patio roof it is about 10 degrees cooler so I suppose I could do some more cleaning out there, or I could get back to Jamie & Claire. But then a nap would sound good too. Lots to do, never an end to it. In between my jumping from chore to chore I manage to put some clothes in the dryer.

On Friday I had a care conference and it was decided I needed to stay here 10 more days. Obviously this was this places decision not mine. Oh I know I am not near as strong as I need to be. I added a turned ankle and an eye infection it is tough to get old.

Jaye fill a hypodermic needle with the urine and inject it into the seat of his truck then when he sits on the seat his rear will get a bit to follow him around lol. If your sure you won,t be sitting on the passenger side you can let her have a little to lol
