All this sewing going on and I just made a mustard plaster for Joel and we're wondering why we have 200 channels, plus U verse Demand, plus Netflix and there's nothing on.

Betty, ask your Dr about tens unit. I got one. Free!! Oh myyyy I can't believe the difference it makes. Still having some pain. But NOT as it was.

A tens unit has pads that you adhere to the painful area. It send electrical pulses to the area and breaks up the muscles that usually have formed a knot. I think they are wonderful too.

Betty, I swear by a tens unit. They used it on me at PT after my shoulder surgery, and also to help the nerves in my legs. It was amazing!!!
