Betty, yippy i did a check for supplies, so glad I did.
I've got everything!! Check going in the mail today.

I have 1/2 of the stencils burned, other 1/2 coming up
didn't forget the glitter, bagged a bit, didn't give you all too much as less is better on the piece

on the mat with all the faces I'll only put a few glitter in sky and in the holly leaves

on the one with the two snowmen I'll put glitter on the snow on their noses and maybe just a tad over the sky

Bernie arrived and putting more lighting in my craft room then on to my next 'to do'
all little things but the amount to a days work

My letter to you went out earlier this week. I thought I had attended to this earlier was surprised to see the address copied and still sitting next to my computer, a dead give away it was not completed!

am sure it will arrive Pat in time for my mailing them out next Saturday
that way I'll not have to spend my 'shopping $$$' for 'posting' lol

Betty, are we meeting up next weekend....or on next trip. I know you will have Mama Fran with you and limited space.

if you can meet up with me next Saturday that would be great..you know how much those girls I shop with the following weekend like to shop..usually no room for anything..at least with mamma Fran I'll have the trunk

Had friends drop in for a bit today, saw the floormats, both want to come over Thursday night and start one

Ya, happens like occasionally! Sis & I were going to drive to Spokane (about 150 miles away) and changed our minds. We shopped locally and spent the rest of the day sewing together. It was wonderful, we're going to rejoin again tomorrow.

Betty, we all appreciate the HOURS of preparation you put into the kits. Choosing them, buying supplies, preparing them with bagging supplies, cutting stencils, all the photography and all it will yet take to get them addressed and mailed out! Bless you for all your work and making all of our Christmas & Holidays brighter!

Know your Home Depot doesn't carry the brand name I use which I love, no discoloration

Our Walmart has it, called Flecto diamond satin finish

I'd send some in a jar. But worry about leakage

I've been in homes before when I just meant someone and see a Santa wall hanging I designed years ago and it always surprises and pleases me. About 20 years ago I customized/tweeked a Santa wall hanging, simplified it to teach in a class for women in a "Super Saturday" event. Other groups used my design so it spread beyond the people I knew. It was fun and gratifying.

I don't have any pictures of it. I wonder if my former DSIL still has hers. She'd take a picture of it for me. Her's I tweeked into a Western cowboy Santa. One of my favorite projects for a favorite person!

No, it's an all paint project, ok on wood but not linoleum

I have been watching this project come together and I must say it is fascinating. Maybe I can join in on the next one. It's looks like great fun!

My basement floor is covered in floormats, I'm starting to set patterns, glitter, graphite on them so I can start bundling them up ready to post Saturday.

They have been sealed for you so they are ready for painting.

Shouldn't take long to get to you, likely Tuesday

Pat, you have inspired me! I think I am going to try to get some people together and teach some kind of holiday class! Just for fun! I'll send an invite to some people on Facebook and maybe ask about doing one at my mom's senior center! Now, what to do... Have to get my project books out. Or I could do the snowman glasses! I could prep them ahead, and then just have people paint the details! What do you think?
