Got my call from JD. LOL I had also posted on FB about expecting the call. The hubby of an old school friend called saying he was Johnny Depp. Had me going as I hadn't seen them in about 3 years so didn't recognize his voice. I'd have never suspected him anyhow as he's always been very serious and laid back.

I'll bet you were really thrilled even though it was not "The JD", A smile is worth it.....

It was fun, even better was a nice long chat with my old friend since we were 11. She was instrumental in me meeting my hubby, so I really owe her. She and hers have been together as long as we have if not longer. How sad we don't get together more often.

busy busy... thought today would be a day of rest but my friend called and asked if i could work at his farmers market today. .... i said yes. His wife gets so tired and really needs time to herself. I understand that.
Yep weekend did turn out good. Tim stayed home with kids and mom went out and played with cookie and i spent the weekend with TOm. I drove him to the airport at 4 am LOL .
he is in North Carolina for the big golf thingy. His parents also live here. Wish i could have gone and hung out with Jaye :(

Missed your birthday Karen, but wishing you a happy belated one. DH is getting his bath this afternoon and I have to put away a few things so bather doesn't trip over my clutter. Going to go and see if I can get him a decent breakfast, this eating business isn't good at times, but working on changing that. Going to be a cooler day so glad about that.

under severe weather warnings, and tornado watches. here we go again. don't ya just love it. the atmosphere is favorable for rotation. straight line winds and hail almost a certain.
