I wasn't being ugly Sis Kathy. She showed her true colors. I was never mean to her, always been good even with her daughter. I told Kel there's no reason for me to be jealous of her 12 years ago, as she was his past. I guess I thought that since ex and I have a good relationship, all exes should too.
Kel leaves her alone, but she's always calling on him when she needs help with ac, free appliances and once to build a ramp so her wheel chair bound online BF can visit her. That should be asked of her brother.. but no, she wanted Kel to do it.
I could have shown ugly then, but I can't, it's not my nature.
I'm just perplex as to why she started acting all hostile towards me. She really can have Kel back. I survive a divorce and for sure I will survive another one.

Anyway, you must have started planning on what to put into your new bed. So glad you finally have your own property and no more digging out plants!!

Darwin has 2 daughters, Pam & Carol and it really surprised me that Pam came down as she has been in the back ground for years. There are 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Many years ago Pam asked me if I wanted the kids to call me grandma. Of course, was delighted, but mother-in-law once said they weren't really my grandchildren. That hurt a little, but I let it go I consider them mine. Darwin still isn't trying to eat solid food, but his pain isn't as bad as it was. He says he will try something then changes his mind.

Relationships are a matter of the heart. My former DIL has another daughter with her second spouse. We have treated her as a granddaughter since her birth and she will tell off anyone who says she really isn't ours.

Mom and I visited my brother on Sunday and we had our birthday picture (updated, lol) taken. His birthday is tomorrow.

Mom gave a Black Knight Butterfly bush :) I'm a happy girl. I have had to leave my other behind when I moved here. This on is going in a pot, just in case. But we are hoping to do a rent to own with the owner. He wants to sell so we are praying he will work out a deal with us.

Social Worker came today and said whenever I am ready to just call and he will order me a hospital bed.. Our nurse will be the one who came on Sunday and I'm happy about that. She is so sweet. If I need someone to sit with DH if I have to go somewhere someone from the senior center will come over. Of course, they want some pay, but nice to know I can call on someone. Also I can once a month have them come and take DH to hospice place for 5 days so I can have a break and get some chores done. I wasn't told this until today. Happy to hear about that and of course the best part it is free. Guess I will have to invest in some twin sheets for the bed. Going to order diaper
s and pads to put on the bed. Found out the oxygen I've been paying a co-pay for will now be free.

I never thought my vertical blinds could get so dirty. Washing them down while I get a space ready for the hospital. Not only will the hospital bed be easier for Darwin, but I won't have to bend over and put a strain on my poor back. So things are coming together just fine. Will find some time to work in the yard too, one of the things I have missed doing for several weeks.

Hospice is the best thing in the world for you right now Pegi. We had them when my DH's Mom was so sick and they were wonderful. Anything she needed they saw to it that she got it. And the best part is that it is free. Hopefully, you will get the rest you need as well.....

Pegi, don't be afraid to call on hospice to take some time off.
MIL didn't bother asking for more help, as everything fell on Kel. Yet she's the one to remove Murdock from the hospice center for her own narcissistic agenda.
You're a grandma in his daughters' eyes, don't have to be biological! Like Karen says, relationships stem from the heart.

Sorry I wasn't here yesterday. Another day of chasing little fires.
Billie Junior all of a sudden took a turn for the worst. She passed away at four this morning. No regrets for all the attention I gave.
She had got a bad diarrhea, and I was washing her off, and frail as she was, she managed to bite deep into my little finger!! That sore will be with me for a while and I need it to type the 'a'!
God decided to take Billie, for He knew I won't be able to care for it at MIL.

As the Stomach Turns, finished it's first chapter, when Kel was exposed to Patty's nonsense.
Kel saw that comment and was shocked to see the removal later!! Men are so blind aren't they?

So, the stomach has settled somewhat!!

Thank you my sistahs. No matter how many furbabies' deaths I post here, you have all been very supportive. You all make me seem to be less mad with your love and understanding that the kitties are my only constant physical companions.
Kelvin brought them all, except for Rimau, and God sees that my time is full.
No way I'll stop caring for the sick and injured tho' just because I had lost a few. Don't think any of my sistahs would either.
That's what makes this group so very special.The empathy and compassion showed extend to furkids too. Even a bird...

Jaye, so sorry about your furbaby. I am missing Bobbi BC so much!
Seems this is the week for losing our special babies. Both of my nieces in Canada lost a kitty this week.

So far the visit is good! Saw her therapist yesterday and the psychiarist today........I will be able to return home and resume my life. Of course there is always a change I will be needed but Sue says not like before. I am seriously amazed at the change and her determination to continue moving forward. Thanks for all the prayers and support.


Pegi, that is indeed good news to hear re: Hospice assisting. Please remember to take time for yourself! I know what it was like when one doesn't. Sending loves, hugs and prayers.
