Wow what a surprise last night turned out to be. There was an art display from all the students in the school; art stations where we could do art using the methods the students had used ( I did one with paint and marbles..wow!); a talent show; incredible snack tables and just over all a great evening. Of course leave it to Catie-Beth NOT to tell anyone everything!! Imagine our shock and surprise when one of the bands played and there she was play the marimba!!! The shocked look on the parental units faces was fabulous. Of course, I didn't have my camera.

ok, just went and bought 4 new outfits. got home and remembered I have 25 people coming saturdaynfor my annual party, and haven't bought anything to cook yet. looks like i'll be stressing out by thursdat. good thing Michael is on his way home. I just might runaway and eat wooly worms with marion.

Sis Jaye, you are all invited. Since when do any of you need an invite?The LASIK I take for fluid is causing my blood pressure to drop, hence the dizzy spells, and fainting. Took my bp awhile ago it was 80 over66.

Kathy, that blood pressure is not good, you need to call your Dr. and let him know it is too low! Wish I was closer to help with the party!

Kathy your blood pressure sounds like mine, I was making them crazy last time I was in the hospital.

Prayers to all .........Jess had surgery on his eye today ,all seemed to go good .They are going to watch him ,he may need surgery on the other eye. Memory still comes and goes ,but hopefully in time that will all come back .

Also wanted to let you know that Ryan has to have surgery Friday ,his top wisdom teeth are in his sinuses and getting infected and the bottom two are behind his jaw .They said if the top two weren't fix very soon that the infection could go into his brain ! He just finished up his antibiotics and now is just on pain meds .Have to take my car $ I have been saving to pay ,because Ryan used his money to fix the well and they have to have $1300 before surgery . One step forward 3 steps back ........

Synda is it is any consolation there are more in the same boat as you are. Then there is the other side..at least we have our friends here to share our woes, we are up moving albeit painful at times and we have our families. Hang in the sweet one!!

My coffee cup needs filling but I certainly wouldn't ask Joyce to do it...she wants to be waited on not help wait on others. :-) Come on down here and I will feed you grapes.

There's a 50 year old man from town that's killed trying to maneuver a curve on his HD while riding across the border. He was thrown off his bike, apparently going too fast. There's partial helmet law in South Carolina, and that day, he chose to take a ride in a county that doesn't have one.
He lost his life. Kel said another reason he failed to control his bike was that, he had just bought that bike, and it's his first.

Ronna, me too love a good party!! I can tell you that some sistahs here are great hostesses and they know how to keep their guests happy. Great food is part of it, but the company!

We are saying hello to the 90s today.

We are in TN, having a great time. Yesterday we went for a picnic to check out the lovely park venue for the wedding. Going to be so nice there. Of course we had to stop on the way home for frozen yogurt, place was cool lots of flavors, you got your own chose all the toppings you wanted and it was charged by weight. We had 5 adults and 5 kids. it was kids day so each kid with an adult was free.
Yummy.

Karen, my GDs love those places. Ours is Nuberri's and I must confess I like going there.
