Bob's first week at work was fine - eventful, and Information Overload lol
yesterday he brought the company truck home, and detailed the heck out of it - it's much cleaner now!!
I'm going for a "turn up for an interview" type of interview today... turns out it's about 15 or so blocks from where Bob's working...

It is beautimous (that is better than beautiful) here today. Forcing myself to finish some things inside so I won't get further behind when I have the surgery on my elbows. Severe pinched nerves due to the way I have slept all these years..causing pain and loss of feeling in hands.

It is snowing AGAIN here now. We got 19 inches yesterday and another 2-3 so far today. I can barely see out the window!!! Glad Norm is doing inside work today.
I got my latest block done for Delightful Stars.

So much to catch up on and no energy to do it. I think playing outside is my best option. Have a lot to do out there. Neighbor gave me some hollyhock seeds so think I'll be having them this year. She was cleaning up in her yard and always asks if I want some of what she is pulling up

I got free double pink and red Hollyhock seeds, at of all places....My LQS. They had them in their front garden and I asked and was told take as much as I wanted.

got the grey out of my hair. went to grocery and spent 100.00 and honestly i still had nothing to cook for dinner ??? LOL . i did make a Beef Carbonnade. Savannah liked the beef but not the broth or veggies. Austin didn't want anything to do with it .

I have a new mermaid statue figure in Jessica's birdbath Savannah said " Umm you do realize she has no bra on mom ? " ..... Austin then replied " im not touching that ! " ....

Morning everyone! How is everyone doing today?
Weather is nice today. 62 here.

The sun is actually shining here today and we are supposed to get above 40*!!!! Norm has a PET scan so most of the day will be spent in the hospital but at least we have good travel weather. It is about 1.5 hours to there since we moved and he could probably transfer his care to somewhere closer but we love his team there so we travel with glad hearts.... Please pray for him that it is a clean scan.

Oh onion bagels sounds so good right now. I like mine with cream cheese and tomato slices...I know I am weird...........but loveable, I think! LOL

Sue, doesn't it always happen when the hubby isn't home. I know it did to me...let Ross leave town and disaster would strike.

Of course now I have learned to deal with most things..not happy about it but no choice in the matter. Dealing with a dead fridge this morning. Not sure when it died as things were cold yesterday when I was getting things out for dinner but this morning everything is warm and freezer is totally defrosted. Oh well where are my big girl panties? Will be needing them today for sure.

you will be in shock for at least 6 months. I was when I went for a washer and dryer. I tell everyone, step away from my machines lol!
