Pegi, I drink one Atkins shake for breakfast. I love the strawberry flavor, it's better than chocolate. Haven't tried Ensure, but I have to watch out on sugar content, and Atkins has the least amount.
Kel just want chocolate, and neither does Atkins sell mixed cases!
Good to know that Darwin's doing better. Soon he won't be able to go around saying you caused his black eye!
Stay away from heat sistah. Being bored inside is better than getting a heat stroke!

Thanks Marion. I think I'm getting better as I can sit up a bit longer each day. I see the doc tomorrow regarding tingling in toes. Hoping it is sciatica related and not circulation!!!! Say a prayer please????

good morning
we are back home.
I m sorry to say Cindy and i didn't get to meet.I didn't have my own car so i was stuck trying to manage everyone elses needs for our trip to Sacramento to see my aunt. It was a great trip with my dad and kids. My aunt was a joy to see again. I don't know if i will see her again ? as she is old . So the trip meant a lot to me.
