Sylvia, if you still have that Don Juan Rose, I've been trying to replace the one I lost when I moved for about 10 years. Missed reading that part of the thread. I am updating my list on post 1 right now. And what could I trade you for it?

NewtonsThirdLaw - Was there a third flame acanthus and what can I trade you for it?

Sheila, is your passiflower spoken for? or your sisyrinchium angustifolium salvia? Working on my trade list, I have your Iris down. Or maybe a white butterfly ginger or black/blue salvia.

Gypsi

Fort Worth, TX

My updated list. Too exhausted to try to fix it on page 1.
Goodnight!

I can bring some egg cartons, but not many, just freecycled a bunch.
I have 2 potted small lantana, Pink/yellow/white Lantana camara "confetti", potted last fall, ready to go.....
I am digging out Iris to add another bed to the vegetable garden, might pot a couple. I have some of the fancy peach scented ones (see my have list). .
beautiful silver artemisa, fine leaved type, 2 cuttings
I have a pot of very pale early daffodils that are scented. Tazetta Narcissus
6 Leucojum Aestivum. bulbs, 2 of which still have stems, potted up today.
1 rooted cutting of red turks cap, might make it. Will bring if alive.
mixed color dutch bearded iris - white, lavender, blue, purple - unknown which is which
Starts of my oregano, which blooms white, is only moderately invasive, mild spicy flavor (not super hot), and MIGHT be greek oregano "Origanum vulgare" but its taste does not burn the tongue. I cook with it a lot, very nice stuff fresh or dried.

i would like a rooted cutting of passionflower edulis.
I have been looking for this for years, last had one in the early 1990's:
Honey Daisy, Huisache Daisy, Amblyolepsis setigera
a mason bee house or woodblock with tubes would be wonderful. And any kind of bee forage.
There is a tiny wildflower that grows in little grassy clumps about 6 inches tall and is native to north Texas, Swordleaf Blue-Eyed Grass (Sisyrinchium chilense), Iridaceae Family, native, perennial, blooms in March through May

Thank you DG for the Texas natives thread. I'd like a small clump if anyone has any. (although it likes being in the lawn better than a watered flowerbed.

Sylvia, I have your flame acanthus and everything else, but I don't think the black gamecock is going to get divided for this RU. Just starting to bud out and I don't want to dig it till it's done.

Arlington, TX

I have a FA for you gypsi.
C

Waxahachie, TX(Zone 8a)

Thanks, pb!

I've seen pictures of Black Gamecock, & it' s just gorgeous, good for you for taking care of its welfare.

Just to keep myself from getting more confused than absolutely necessary, I took it off my list.

edited to add:

Gypsi, the Don Juan is promised to Angel;
I can get cuttings of other roses, Martha Gonzales, an old pink that may be Old Blush, one that I'm pretty sure is Mrs B R Cant.

& a neighbor told me I can take cuttings of a huge deep red grandiflora that I'm pretty sure is Oklahoma.

I know I am VERY late asking this but, I'm going to ask...

Does anybody have any unclaimed ferns of any kind?
If not thats ok.

Have a good day everyone!

thanks, Austin

Rowlett, TX(Zone 8a)

Patricia, I will pot up the Trailing Lantana for you.

Carla

Grapevine, TX(Zone 8a)

My wife wanted me to see if anyone has a grape tomato to give away. Ours is looking very stunted by the damage it took during the late cold weather.

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Thank you, Carla.

Dennis, I did not start any grape or even cherry tomatoes this year, but I have an extra 'Siberia,' which makes 2 oz fruit on a determinate bush. If your wife would like to try it, I'll be happy to bring it for you.

Garland, TX(Zone 8a)

steadycam, do you have any left of the blue ginger/galangal? I was just looking at that last night and drooling over it. Didn't know it was edible, though.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Wow....gone 3 days and you all have gone to warp speed!!

Gypsi..... I have passiflower spoken, white butterfly ginger & black/blue salvia for you. I don't have blue-eyed grass but would love some too. I will link your new list at the top of the page.

Patrob.... Any mexican hats left if so can I get a couple from you. Don't think I had any make it from last season.
'
Austin....I can bring you more of the hardy noid fern, not a problem. Oh, and speak up for the spinless cactus someone was offering if you want it.

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

I have a couple of Mexican hats saved for you, Sheila. I thought you might want some.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Thanks Patricia. One of these days I hope I can make them happy!

Garland, TX(Zone 8a)

austin, I have a few extras and leftovers, but if there's anything on my list that you want, please ask now, or else they may not be among the extras I am bringing. I suspect others are in the same boat. Anything in particular you're looking for?

Sylvania, GA(Zone 8b)

Ok, as far as the timbers go, I am going to try to bring the timbers. I don't know if I will be able to bring my truck now or not. Anyway, there are plenty of timbers from what I have heard.

I am not in charge of if they go to the burn pile, I am getting them from a neighbor. I will see everyone on Sunday for sure. I would LOVE rock, just no way to tote it back to Waco LOL!

I don't know how much I will be on between now and then, lots to do and still recovering from bronchitis. Can't wait to finally meet everyone!!!

Angel

Midlothian, TX

Thanks Sheila, I'll take it if you are getting rid of it, but if there is not room in your car for it, then don't worry about it. :)

Again I am REALLY sorry I was so late.

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

pbtx, when I divided my galangal about a month ago, I ended up with 4 pots so yes, I will bring you one.

Fort Worth, TX

Sheila, No need for another rose, I've got Queen Elizabeth antiques, red climbers, and one similar to a Don Juan that I got a few years ago, just not a Don Juan. I may be able to get a cutting from my original one next winter, but thank you.

And one day a gamecock iris would be wonderful, when it won't harm them to be divided

Milton, MA(Zone 6a)

Gypsi, cumin seeds from me, yes!

Garland, TX(Zone 8a)

thank you, Marty!

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

Stephanie, If no one has asked for your blackfoot daisy, could I please have it?

Houston Heights, TX(Zone 9a)

Patrob, do you have ;any silky gold asclepias left? If so could I have a couple?

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

I do, Marty, and I'll put your name on 3 of them.

Arlington, TX

patrob,
Would it be a problem if I brought the sedum unpotted and in plastic bags? They are quite hardy if not kept too dry. I would also be willing to pull up more if I didnt have to pot it all.
Cheryl

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Sedum in bags is perfectly okay! Whatever makes the task easiest works for me.

Arlington, TX

Thanks, I have run out of pots and desire to get more for now.
C

Fort Worth, TX

I have one huge white buddleia cutting, root is about 18 inches long, top about the same (it had separated itself at the base of the trunk. Then I have a stack of freshly washed styrofoam cups but no potting soil, and no dome tops. I do have tomorrow off, will try to start cuttings then.

On my mixed iris I seem to have 2 dominant colors, lavender/blue and white. I do have plenty of peach because I separated them out years ago and focused some tlc on them. Will probably be lifting actual iris in bloom to bring, so you need to plant promptly but can see what you are getting. Those without blooms have a good chance of being either lavender or white

Colleyville, TX(Zone 8a)

Cheryl, I have lots of 4" pots if you want.
Gypsi, I would love a peach and lavender/blue iris. I decided to make an iris bed and they have a home waiting! Is there anything on my list you want?

Arlington, TX

I would take some 4-6 inch pots. What can I give you for them?
C

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Gypsi, since the buddeia already has roots, you can skip the domed top. Just stick that cutting in some dirt and water it or wrap the roots in wet paper towel and a plastic bag or plastic wrap. I've mailed plants with paper towel and plastic with success, so it should work fine on one you are taking to a swap in person.

The weather is going to be mild on Sunday, and that's good for people and plants. lol I washed my light jacket and will have it along just in case.

Arlington, TX

Patrob,
Do you have Salvia pentstemonoides?

Josephine, Arlington, TX(Zone 8a)

Anna, I will bring you some Iris also, these are heirlooms from Mrs. Bickley, she is the lady who gave me the elephant garlic.

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Gypsi and Frostweed....Might I get three of each iris from you both?

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

Thought I had reserved myself a space here, but I don't have much if anything to trade this year. Just very glad to go to see all of my dear DGers.

I need milkweed seed and anything for butterflies y'all have to spare.

Josephine, Arlington, TX(Zone 8a)

You have them Sheila.
_________________________________________________________________________
I will put you on the list Deb, good to hear from you.

Goldthwaite, TX(Zone 8a)

Cheryl, I don't have Salvia penstemonoides. It's supposed to be native to my area, but I've never seen it growing. A very nice salvia.

Josephine, could I get one of your heirloom irises? lol As I have grown older, I have developed an appreciation for the older irises too.

Deb, I planted all my milkweed seed, but there are some milkweed seedlings on my list. Take a look and see if there are any you would like to have: http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/p.php?pid=9435870
