Hospice removed a worker because he was too friendly! What is wrong with those people? That is just wrong. Just proves they don't care about the patients!

Wowwie look at all the snow, its been so long to see it I forgot what it looks like! Just very windy and fareezing here only a whopping 17* lol a good day to stay cozy.

Hearing snowmobiles passing by, must be thrilled to be sledding again.

We are trying to find out why he was actually removed but that is the reason he told us. Hospice actually called him on his phone while he was feeding mom and told him he would not longer be going to that facility. That is what he told one of the co-workers was the reason. Sadly to say but this is my 2nd bad experience with Hospice and I am rapidly losing faith in their services.

Feeling chilled to the bone, grabbed my heating blanket, perhaps that will warm me out..not complaining because we really do need winter as to get our seasons back maligning line. Bet you are going to tell me you are sitting in the sunshine?

Oh I am certain there is more to it than what was said but if that was the real reason, then that is pretty lame. It just doesn't make sense to me or my sister. Just sad how some of his patients are reacting to this situation....not just mom.

Waiting to see if Paul is going on his February jaunt to the islands,Musial mid month..if he and Suzanne both go think I will ask for the same days off and get a plane in Buffalo and go see Darlene..break up part of the winter.

Just finished more Christmas placematts, did 2 sets of 6 today, in total think I have 8 sets of 6 to quilt and bind..

Sometimes I tink I'm a little sticky,made a new page in notes on iPad..listing who I give gifts to so I can start filling items in, sad that my life has come to this.

Ohh Paul's birthday is in April, he has the most gorgeous bar, loves entertaining so yesterday I came across a perfect gift..a computer that has over 600 different drinks, what you need to make them, am sure he'll enjoy!

We just got back from dinner. Betty we went to Alex's Place in Batavia, right down the road from the hotel you stayed with the boys in October.
Very nice meal. Drove home in a snow squal for sure, worse the closer we got to home.....turned down our road and 1/2 mile later NOTHING. No snow
even on the grass, but wind is sure nasty.

Greg and Kyle just left by snowmobile, brrrr glad I outgrew snowmobiling!

Greg leaves with my brother Mike and six other on Thursday for the north, 13 hr. drive,shaking my head, won't be too many more years and he also will be looking for the warmth of the house.

Made bread pudding for desert only to hear its Jeff's favorite and not Greg's. Lol

Debbie, still calling for possible squalls, let's hooe between he hours of 7am-9:00am, just dreaming of another pj day..chances next to nil

Glad you got to go out Debbie and have a nice meal just the two of you..not however nice that you had to drive in snow squalls.

You know I'd never heard of bread pudding until I moved to Louisiana !
Betty...yes I just assumed you could just freeze the grapefruit but didn't trust myself so I googled it and it said to freeze with a mixture of 4c water 2 and 3/4 c sugar mixture... so I did that...
I've been in a "Dont' waste" anything mode... lately... even made croutons from stale bread the other day....
All the greens we got from Dads have now been put up and now all the grapefruit accounted for...
Only one boy stayed over from last night but the others live close...
Barb... yes it really aggravated me that they showed up so late... I really don't like to eat dinner after 6pm.
How is the house hunting coming?
LK... Sorry for the setbacks re: Dad... HOpe they can get him back on target soon....
We really did like dsd's boyfriend... but you know how that goes... she's a freshman, he's a senior, and will it last? who knows. I sure do hope so but whatever.

It really was delicious...It would take about 2 grapefruit to make.. because it calls for 1 TB rind and took me forever to shave off that... LOL:...THe grapefruit came from Dad's other property near Palatka/Gainesville FL... I just wanted to make sure we didn't waste it......had 2 bags left....

Wearing a sad face, not a snow day!

Got to find those snow boots, got quite a downfall last night.

Went to the movies a few years back to see inception, this morning it was playing on tv, didn't understand it then and still didn't understand it this morning..any of you able to provide me with the jist of the movie?
