Linda Kay, I'm so jealous! I have a ton of buds on my plants that Sis Kathy sent me, and I just KNOW that they're not going to open cause it's getting to cold at night now... :o( The plants have been beautiful and healthy, but just recently put on buds. Maybe I'll cut that stem off and see if it blooms in the house! Would that work?

If you can't bring in the whole plant, yes, I have had cuttings to finish blooming in the house! Hard to think of you getting that cold. Sounds like I will have to get some jeans or sweats out for my trip in a few weeks?

LK, Dylan is so cute, can't believe he is 6 months old already, wow time has flown by jeez. Love the Brug, I don't have any buds at all on either of mine :(

Ok first the surprise..........I got a motorcycle!!!!! It's a 2007 Sportster 1200, Black Cherry. I don't have it here at home yet, we are going back to Carson City Wednesday to bring my Lil' Sporty home (that's what I named it). I didn't plan on getting a bike just yet, but this was a good deal and the bike fits me so well. As we were heading back to Reno from Carson City it started raining on us, grrrrrrrrrrrrr. Dang I swear it was icicles that was hitting us. We had so much fun this year, met a lot of people, got reacquainted with some that I met last year. Second picture is taken from our room looking down on Virginia Street where the event was held, next the big silver ball is the bowling alley, this street was blocked off for bike parking only, last picture me with some of my girlfriends, it was so windy it did wonders for our hair as you can see.

Well, guess what we did this afternoon? We insured and licensed our Motor Home!
we Were going to go to a B&B for our anniversary in Oct, but chose to cancel the reservation, and go on a Motor Home trip instead!!! Yeeeeeee HAW!!

Cindy - Way To Go!!! Bob would dearly Love to get a motorcycle......... it still rankles that he had to give up his cycle cuz it would cost so much to make it roadworthy and safetied.......

I was "locked out" by my internet yesterday!! Funny thing was it co-operate with Kel, but when I tried using it, the whole day it was giving me nothing but slow speed!! Exasperating for sure, and to make matters worse, I am now officially FED UP with NFL, until the regular referees return :(( More on that later!

Okay, here's my beef! Anyone watched that controversial game last night? Seahawks won to a loss actually! The replacement referees again MESSED up!! It's sad enough that the Saints lost over stupid unqualified calls, and now the Packers!!
I'm for neither team, wasn't rooting for any team last night, but it was clear that the Packers Jennings intercepted that Hail Mary by Russell Wilson, and the Mother &*^&^%^%&^& officials called it a TD!!
Thursday, the Packers are meeting the Saints, and they should boycott the game until Goodell bring the referees back.
I was so upset that I can't wait for Kel to return this morning to tell him all about it. Apparently, he's been informed at work too, and he watched the replay and agreed I should be the referee!!
Lolol!!

Okay.. back to real life.. feed the cats.. walk in the garden.. pop a roast in the oven.. then sleep!! Blame the lack of sleep from too much anger.. yep.. gonna quit watching NFL until the regular referees are back.

not much help, but I have seen one that is made with the curves being only one piece, instead of made out of all little pieces....maybe at that penny how to quilt place??? I am sure you could find some info, if you google it.....

and I am always up for a challenge....I have not done much with curves.....

tried to catch the mole that is digging in Jessica's garden
got some daylilys planted in her garden.
yanked some daylilys out , put them in new location
yanked out a viburnum that got eaten down..
yanked out a weigela . getting a new one . don't like the one i had put in originaly LOL i know i m a brat.
relocated hen and chics in her garden too
was going to plant iris , crocus and some gladiolos, started to rain.
oh i have tons of them and will bring some to the RU. they are either red or purple.
then talked on phone to a friend for a few hrs
