oh my............I thought it was only two doing poorly. Difficult for this third little one when the mom isn't providing milk anymore. Glad it's pulling around and doing better.

I wonder how Shirley is doing. Whenever I see a red hibiscus I think of him, and have to buy it. I bought a beautiful, compact one, today.

No rest this weekend, have been on the run. Carrie came over today and needed car help....which ended up being an all day project with wrong parts and running with Dad.

I have kept busy trying to get things done.

Looks like a yes on the Cleveland clinic. Just need to put it all together.

Glad you've decided to go for it Debbie..think if you didn't you would always wonder what might have been the outcome.

Thank goodness for dads..miss mine..

Hello To All !

OMG the worst traffic ever... first we were in line with the New Orleans evacuee's who were returning to N.O. on I-12. (I-10 was closed). On the way back we ran into traffic had to re-route through the Mobile tunnel... and also over the Pearl River folks were slowing down to look at the flood waters and sand bags... Worn out.

I'm having Traveling envy... Betty just want to be like you one day with your travels... Dianne's garlic festival sounds fun...
Dianne... LOL on Party time... will wait to talk to my nosy neighbor / friend to see what I missed. Totally agree with you on the Debt issue... was embarrassingly in debt back when we got married then I fell in love with Dave Ramsey (radio financial guy... he has a great website).. and debt - no more...

Marion... ((HUGS)) Huge hugs for you dear. Was nice in our travels this weekend to go where I had never gone before .... we visited Apalachicola near St. George Island and I wonder if that was not due south of you... was a very pretty and developing (tourist) area...

lol Mary - I wouldn't even presume they'd do our place. For one thing, you have to (I believe) put up some of the $$ and with me out of work, that's not going to happen.

I have an IPod, and I'm sure you can take pics and post them from your IPod, so why not the IPad?

Hey Susan - I would bet a dollar that they don't have to put up much $$.... If they feel they can get a huge change out of your place... that would equal ratings... Ratings = Dollars to the TV Station..... that's why (IMHO) you always see a "CONFLICT" because that is what causes ratings....

How is the job hunt coming?

Hope Dianne and Betty are getting a good nights sleep ! I had 2 nights at Dad's house... TOO MANY DREAMS! I think that means I did not get enough sleep...

Well, there is an HGTV contest in conjuncture with my bank and my TV/Phone/Internet service provider lol. $25k and a 2 hour consultation with a designer and her team...... Don't have to spend the $25k on the house, but I most assuredly would............. then sell it lol

Mary, glad your trip went well, other of course the fighting with traffic..guess you didn't think about everyone returning home after Isaac or you never would have gone..

What feedback did you get from the mechanic? Bet you had the feeling you were parting with your first born leaving the nine with him.

Susan, iPad can save, send photos just not compatible with dg system I believe..likely is a way but I have home computer and laptop so just don't take the time to find out how.
