The CRV is very nice. Will post a pic. Comes with Bluetooth for the phone. Really nice, large backup camera screen. And very zippy. First time with AWD as well.
Coffee Break # 81
Oh, I would love the backup screen....my friend has it in her Caddy.....doubt I can afford something like that, but it's a wonderful safety feature if kids are around!
It's more useful to me for watching out for plants!
HeeHee!
Priorities are in line. Heehee
Victor, that Kickstarter is so cool! Enjoy your CRV.
Bill, I don't think I can swing the Subaru, although I have truly enjoyed driving my Outback around the world. Actually I'll be looking for an older model now. If I can find an older Impreza, I'd be happy too! I'm still interested in the Honda Fit. I test drove the new Hyundai Accent and the rear window was about as big as my pinky finger. Good visibility is a huge priority for me. I'd never buy one of those. In the older model Accents, the rear window was much bigger. That would be okay.
Thanks Marilyn!
Have a great weekend everyone!
Victor, that's bad news about your MIL. I hope things get better for her soon. I will keep her in thoughts and prayer.
Ronnie, that's fantastic news about Dominic. Woohoo! What a relief!
Victor, when I win the lottery I will send a letter to let them know I would like to own those lighthouses.
Jo, how big are your image files? Do you put original size images in the threads, or do you resize them smaller? I'm thinking that maybe if they are resized smaller, then you could upload the bigger, original size images for the PF. My original images are quite large. I have a 10 megapixel camera. I can upload that size to the threads, but they take more time, so I'm always resizing to save upload time. Resizing is quick enough if you do it in batches. I post on FB off and on, so if I post there, then I post a public link here, as it sure saves me a lot of time. Hate to post 2 different places. I do look at your pics in the Smilebox links, as well as pics that others may link to.
Good update on Adam, Celeste. Is gaining 9 lbs. a good thing for you? I wish I needed to gain. Sounds a lot easier than losing.
Harper, I love my Hyundai Accent! It's such a good car, comfy and great on gas. Rated highly for safety, too. Yes, visibility out the back is limited, but that's the only drawback, IMO.
Karen
Karen, yes 9lbs is a good thing for me. :)
Granddaughter is playing for the Championship tonight and I can't go to her game!! Have relatives in from PA./MD and will be going out to eat. So im here to ask my DG friends to please send positive thoughts and good wishes for her game tonight. And maybe a little prayer that her Mom doesn't get so caught up in the game that she forgets to take pictures for me!! LOL

Thong?
Formal thong.
Speedo and tails.
Pinwheels
No, that's the entertainment.
sun dress, strappy heeled sandals
And Jen has a pair in EVERY COLOR!! ^_^
I wish!...I used to
:D
LOL!! No thong for me anymore!
Will have to convince Lou to pick one out!
Thanks Jen that's what I'm going to wear.
LOL yeah long long time ago in my 20s during dance class!! What were we thinking...
you were thinking it was better to have a string in there.. rather than the whole body suit piece .. I get it
I knew you would Allison!
Lalalalala....too much info...lalalalala. :)
LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, the hammers are about to start banging again here. New roof over the ell, and they are going to tear down the chimney (some of you will remember the big stone fireplace in our bedroom that Hank's Dad built in the 50s) back to the stone and rebuild it.. The work should start early in July while our Colorado daughter and grandkids are here. Good luck with the naps! :). We have had lots of fires at night in that fireplace this spring with the cold temps here. It will be good to know it is safer!
Oh, yay, no naps!! Oh, no, no naps!!!
You guys are very entertaining!!
Wow...sounds like a major project, Louise!
I have never worn a thong, and I don't think I ever want to.
Have fun with that project, Louise.
Celeste, how did your GD do at the game?
Karen
I had such a great day by RosesRRed's / Teri's House today.. just love her property and gardens!!!.. and she is a kick butt cook!!!
Nice!
Cool! Where does she live?
I was out weeding. Wow, is it humid out there! Regardless of the fact that it is not too hot, I was dripping sweat the whole time. Then a downpour hit, and I chased inside. Oh, well, tomorrow is supposed to be a lot less humid, and sunny all day.
Karen
It was beautiful here today. Tonight is perfect. Too bad I'm inside.
Thanks for the laugh Allison!
It's a bummer to be inside on a beautiful day. I was inside for a good part of the day, as I didn't want to get out in the humidity, but I finally went out and got some stuff done.
