my sister has been using them for years though

Here is a blog posting on Shoo! Tags http://thedish.sitstay.com/2010/03/25/shoo-tag-is-it-real/ Maybe our resident engineer can check on the quantum physics involved.
"Metallic" surfaces are offensive to many insects, so let's hope....
Sounds like BS to me. If it were true there would be no bugs near power lines, plugs, cords, etc. I always see them. In fact, in my pool pump timer are ants, spiders and earwigs!
Maybe they just like ya !!!
(A special cologne, or pheromones?)
very true Victor
My poor sweet dog is drooling & shaking because the jerks in this neighborhood are letting off firecrackers already....of course, they're illegal here, only sparklers & Roman Candles are OK.....
Awww poor thing. Sabrina was so bad with that, we used to have to sedate her. I am hoping Winston does well, we'll find out soon enough.
The poor thing. Fortunately I don't have close neighbors that play with them.
they must have had graduation fireworks in town last night.. Hope & Eros handled it pretty well.. barking towards the end.. but the rest of the time I just kept saying it's ok.. it's alright .. real soft.. no shakes.. Jily grew out of it thank goodness.. Lily never cared .. she used to sit outside and watch with me
She is Abby-normal...
Abby.. Abby.. something
Good thing no one was bbqing, it would get hot under there!!!!
Wall-e could care less about the fireworks too(even though they are illegal, people shoot them off all the time, just have to drive 15mins over the border into PA and pick some up)
My next door neighbors bred both of their female bullies, & now have 10 six week old pups!
They are great dogs if you can tolerate, farting, snorting snot, allergies and odd behavior! I do love her, she is so lovable with everyone. But Abby-Normal she is for sure! LOL
that describes the small bullie that was at my barn.. she was too funny.. was intimidating to some people because she would run over barking and snorting.. sounding like she wanted to chew your leg off.. get to your feet and flop over for a belly rub.. the owner had to warn new people coming so they wouldn't be terrified
Yup that's just what Abby does too! And then the teeth are showing and it makes it worse LOL
well in the case of the one at the barn.. always had a snaggle tooth sticking out
I don't care for any of the short nosed breeds. They have to snort to breathe, poor things.
Cannot be out on a day like today....can't be out when it's too cold, either...
ditto
July 4th coming up....get those tranqs ready for the severely bothered. I'll probably give Casey a 1/4 of a pill on Wednesday since she is the one that's really bothered by fireworks of man and God. Dexter and the cat don't seem to notice. Dexter and the cat...hmm, they have such carefree, happy attitudes. Dexter doesn't realize he's knocking on death's door and I will not spill the beans. He will die a happy dog, having lived a happy life. Our pets should live longer though, don't ya think?
O krap.
Yes, they should, Weeze! And Dexter has been here long after he was diagnosed.....lots of love there.....I will be giving Suey her pills, & I have a special herbal collar that seems to calm her....
yes Weeze.. they should live longer.. esp those who become family memebers
Agree....longer than we do would be nice. :)
