Change of plans, Greg just came, I was laying down wouldn't you know, they are not used to seeng mom laying down..picked up my weeder, walked n to say no wonder good deal it's used...used I say?? He out it together, mixed me a container of mixed gas, tried it out, said he got his entire yard done, works ok..said when he picked it up he ordered one for himself..isn't that nicer I already ordered him one!

Said I was going to have a bath then to bed..said I best not do that, will have company in an hour or so..Jeff is coming up, going kayaking for the weekend and will spend the night with me. He stopped off to pick up a few things he wanted at sojourn kayak store and should be here in half hour or so..sooo might as well at least get topsy turvy pots done...

Amazing how plans change in a matter of minutes!

I didn't get the job I interviewed for at noon yesterday, jury's still out on the one I interviewed for at 3:45 - they're choosing to interview one more even though they were really pleased with my interview. AND I interviewed for another job at noon today - for the Biggest Event in Calgary........ shhhhhhhhh I didn't tell you that - it's a secret! But then......... maybe you don't know which event, anyway lol People come from all over the world to see it. It's a 2 month term, but then may become permanent. It's EA to the President of the 100-year old event (this year!!)

Last person they got needed someone to "hold her hand" through the job, and that's NOT what they need - they want someone who can "hit the ground running" and that's been said about me numerous times.......... so we shall see won't we? They want someone immediately......... !!!!!!

There was a 2 hr movie on last night called. JR returns, boy that Bobby still turns my crank!!

It was about 90 today, but all the rest of the wek was 100, with humidity at about 89%! Too got for this lady!

Ah Judy, you are always trying to be helpful..am sure they realize it wasn't said out of malice..sometimes you get in trouble doing nothing..know I can! Trouble seems to find me lol

Jeff no sooner got here than Greg came over with new computer..Jeff's setting it up..Greg doesn't give a second to fix something is he after Jeff to fix something else..poor Jeff, says its like being a doctor , never go anywhere that someone doesn't want a fix..started to laugh at them, then who puts her 2 cents in, my laptop goes into sleep mode far to quickly, I also need a fix..heard Jeff say about 5 times, not a problem. Lol. Amazing how he just clicks this clicks that and it's done..of course he is an exec for a computer firm, oversees development of programs for major firms, no wonder it's easy for him..too funny, now downloading movies on his external hard drive..here I sit playing with iPad while Jeff gives lessons..

So nice having them here.

Jeff did load after load bringing in kayak equipment and food ..had to tell him heavy rain for next 3 days..sure hate the thought of him taking off on Georgian Bay by himself.. Worry about that
