You know, I just found out DH is having his knee surgery NEXT Thursday...March 14...if you do not behave Bessie Lou, I will send him up there to recoup with YOU!

I am not looking foward to him being home the next six weeks....think I might start drinking.

I don't know how to tell you this Betty, but doctors are NOT God....and they make mistakes and over look things. You need a different doctor to overlook...get a second opinion and find out what is going on. Heavens, look what I went through with "the child" last year....."sinus infection, teeth, eyes checked....stress". And finally the Neurologist listened and did tests to find she had all that fluid build up in her spine and cranial area. THREE doctors before him!

Betty soooo you know the lead singer from the Monkees passed away last week and he had just had a physical that said everything was perfect, obviously not everything was perfect. You need to go to the doc, that is extremely high, quit denying it or you could have a bad stroke, then where will you be?

Betty, Because we Love you, were not going to stop, till you find a Dr. that puts you on blood pressure meds, and if you have high blood pressure, you should have no salt at all! No chips, soda's, nada! You can have a stroke if you don't get it controlled! Please don't delay, you need to call and get an appointment ASAP!

No french fries, NO SAUSAGE or BACON or TACOS or HOT DOGS from the cart outside!!!

Betty you know what has happened to me and altho I still eat things that I shouldn't and all you need to be on the meds. When I had my heart attack my pressure was 194 over 111 and it lasted an hour. The end of my heart was blown out like a bubble on an inner tube. I was lucky it didn't explode like one of my brothers did. The cartiack therapy made it go back in shape but is dead on that end. Are you scared enough yet. Get the doc to put you on meds for that. I had been taking them for yrs and still it happened because it was stress induced. We all love you you know!!!!!! HUGS BEV

Making appt. first thing tomorrow..his office was closed today or I would have done it today..opens at 10am and my call will be made at 10:01!

So silly me volunteered to cut out of wood geometrical shapes for DD#2 class. 6 different shapes times 20 kids...yup been busy.
The teacher wanted cone shapes from wood and I am not trying that one.
Seems ever sewing project I try to start turns out not going the way I want it to so may take a break.....

Hi all, I got home Monday. Got back on line today. I have a sore throat and am tired from the trip but should be OK after a few days rest. Dogs are fine. Tony is being "papa" while I recover from trip.

morning all..raining here, not much snow left..could that be the end of winter..keep thinking we really haven't had winter yet!

looks so dirty out there but we know what pretties are coming.

Considering I was in bed at 6pm I slept fairly well..got up, made coffee, considered going to work but no can do. With taking calls from home today and tomorrow I will grab my rag quilt, pillow and make myself comfy on the chesterfield.. and yes, will call Dr's office at 10:01

Sure hope by weeks end Debbie and Mary that you will have sunshine in your life.

Thunder has no computer, she sent me a letter Monday, and said she misses everyone! I tried calling her, but got her voicemail, left a message. She has not callled me back yet.

Linda, my son was 10.5oz and did him natural.....I swear he was born ready to walk at 23 inches tall! All that matters is that Dylan is a healthy little boy...they make their own journey into this world. AND....one thing...my two that were induced...are the ones with horrible health issues. SO, just let nature take its course...I always wondered if that could have had something to do with it.

Debbie that's weird about the inducing thing. My mom wasn't induced with me, I was 8 days late and made her go through a 72hr labor, and I've always had health problems, one was a birth defect and the other is from air pollution.

Well I was supposed to have taco truck with Dave and his boss from CA Robert, BUT there was a safety meeting and Robert went to lunch without him, so Dave missed lunch too. The weather is sooooo nasty here, pouring down rain and windy as all getout I didn't want to get out anyway. I just went to the McDonald's a couple blocks from the building. We're going to try again tomorrow.

Crissy, that sounds like our weather right now...it is horrible out. I have started getting nervous with the wind since the storm door incident, and we have had it that bad several times this season.

Yeah I know it, this is our first good rain we've had in a long time. We're going to get torrential rain for 4 days in a row I think, funny because yesterday we were in burn bans and a red flag warning and now we need an ark. lol

Still better than what I had..think same will be for supper. Lol..too lazy to cook.

Saw the doctor, yep blood pressure really high, changing meds to a new type and bit stronger..saw that I was dizzy as could be so gave me prescription for inner ear infection just to see if it that...already home in my Jammies

Dull as can be but no rain..mild 47.. Sure hope we can see electric storm tonight..here is hopping I will stay awake..

Going to have a nap then will sketch out a stained glass panel..bought supplies on my way home so if I need something to do while sitting I can foil...going to be so pretty..bevels make up the dragonfly and Gail sold me her turret (melted glass circle) for $25.00..is sure to look like a flower..hmmm maybe!!

Glad to hear you got some new meds Betty. get some rest, and make sure you take those pills like your supposed to!

Spoke to Darlene for about 1 1/2 hours, she is having one heck of a time...prayers appreciated
