Just breathtaking...yes see the shadow..now I have to go look for where Lake Tahoe is..didn't think sharks would abide there???

Betty LOL!! That's snow approaching us, I wanted to get some pictures with it snowing but by the time it got to us I was coughing my head off and freezing cold so Dave said no.

When did I say anything about sharks being in it? I do have a habit of changing subjects without notice, I asked if you saw the shadow, not if you saw the shark LOL I know it's freshwater, my Godfamily had a cabin up there, pretty much grew up there off and on both summer and winter. I didn't ski though, couldn't roller skate without breaking an arm, figured if I took up skiing I'd break my neck LOL

Got my mom on the phone, haven't talked to her in over a week and it's complain central. She listens so well she was asking about the storms that came through on Sunday, I told her that we didn't get anything but small hail and wind and it hit the east side of the state. Dave's got the flu so I went to Hot Springs to get out of it, she said, "Oh yeah you were home huh!" Uuuhhh, no I wasn't Iye yey yey.

Thanks Laura, I miss living just 4 hours from there. Used to go to Tahoe then over to Reno all the time. Wish I could take a bunch of you on a trip with me!

LOL DUH! I know you can get on DG but some companies have a lot of websites blocked and some others not, it was like that here for a bit, I could get onto DG, YouTube, Facebook, and Travelocity, and that was it.

haven't tried with Facebook, nor YouTube. No desire to.......
I can go on Google, and today I googled Robbie Burns day (tomorrow, btw, and I'll be wearing my tartan, etc!)

LOL I'm actually having an identity crisis here LOL There are 3 Bob/Roberts in our church, and I have been called Susan MacDonald, and Susan Dueck (my name is MacKenzie!!!0, and at the service on Sunday, the pastor turned to me and said "Marilyn - do you have any announcements about Movie Night?" I told him "I Could...... if I were called by my name". He said "What name did I call you by?" LOL I said "I wish I could play the piano like Marilyn! (she's our keyboardist).

Came home and there was a card from Darlene, braced myself because it was a sympathy card..I was right..brought a few tears..not often one hears that they are respected..like yes, loved yes but respected.. Wipping tears here!

Just got a text from DH. He has had a day from hell.....got to airport at 11:30, for a 1:05 flight departure. Delays, mechanical issues, weather.....they finally took off at 5:07. Get in the air...and they delay landing from 6:15 to 6:48...they just landed in Philly.

surgery went very well!! Thanks for the thoughts and prayers :) I am home, hubs is at the hospital. He will most likely have to stay tomorrow night also. then maybe one more night?? depends on how he does with physical therapy??

Betty; You really have me stumped ! And I'm on Disney websites every night. There is a new resort opening up. They are remodeling/expanding Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom, and a new AVATAR area is coming to Animal Kingdom.

But I can't think of anything re: February 2011... unless maybe it's one of the new Fantasyland attractions...

For the very first time their hiring practices will change..never has a man been hired with any facial hair..they will early february allow beard/gottee no more than 1/2 inch. The news release also made note that a sea captain had been hired who had a beard for over 30 years and was made to shave before taking the helm of one of thei boats..
