Ham supper at church tonight....went with 9 others including my grandkids who actually behaved.....

Went to a diner for an early turkey dinner, wasn't bad, but next week will be better!

Pizza topping for me, the whole slice for the kids and hubby and anitpasto salad

I'm so tired from cooking and serving at our bazaar luncheon, that soup is all I can eat....too tired to chew!

Well, the twins' families were here for dinner. I was busy holding the baby and didn't even realize they were in the kitchen decorating it to surprise me for my birthday. Balloons and all. It's not til next week, so didn't even give it a thought. I will hit a milestone this coming week.They gave me certificates toward a massage. I am soooo happy. The grandies didn't even give it away. I am truly blessed!!!!
We had pizza, Stromboli and salad. Chocolate cake and an apple pie for dessert.

Went to a baby shower today of a friend who I grew up next to, her first baby at 40....YIKES! They didn't start feeding us till about 2 hours into the shower.....my whole table was like...ok should we go start the sternos for them to hurry them up or what??? I was starving! No finger foods or even chips

Been to a shower like that, too. You just want to start eating anything.

Home made Buffalo-style chicken pizza.

Pork in crockpot, sweet potatoes and a salad.

Yum....the Youth Group's stew was not very good, but I'm thankful they did it..... I put the meat in a plastic zip lock to take home for the dog....didn't want the kids to see me with a bowl full of meat, but it was just too tough to chew!

I am not paying $8.19 for a small McCormick Ground Cloves to make pumpkin pie - that is right out senile !

Wow, not sure how long I've had my cloves but they still smell good.

That's outrageous! Spices are much too expensive, I never use that much of them other than a few favorites.....

Pasta, black beans, ground beef, salsa, cheese with Mexican seasoning in a casserole, pretty good.

Went out tonight with friends. I had Mac and crab. Lump crab meat and penne in an Alfredo cheesy sauce. It was an appetizer, but I had it as the entree. Very good.

I'd leave out the crab! Ravioli for dinner tonight.....

One of the nurses I work with was telling me about her Mac and 5 cheeses, topped with thin sliced tomatoes, more Parmesan, ramono, asiago cheese, panko crumbs and bacon bits. Sounds good, but just a small serving please. :-)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! You are probably all busy in the kitchen! I am going to my mom's. She usually does turkey, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, candy carrots, crescent rolls and cranberry sauce. Should be yummy!

I'm just taking the kugli out of the oven, made rutabaga with bacon & onions, pies & cranberry sauce made yesterday....my cousins & sister are bringing the rest of the meal.....

I have to ask, what is Kugli? I tried googling it and didn't find anything..
