I'll tell you what not to try, I made blueberry banana pancakes for breakfast, DH said they were good, but they were really just ok. Needed salt.

I didn't get a single one. The tree bloomed for the first time and set every blossom and then they all fell off.

Bummer. Have not checked mine recently. Still young.

That tree was the very first plant I bought when I moved in and I think I have been here 10 years now. I googled and the cause of blossom drop could have been not enough sun. :( Don't understand that because it is an understory tree and I have seen them bearing fruit in California growing under high trees.

Had a rough day and didn't get lunch so I stopped at Mac Daddy and got macaroni and cheese with lobster. I guess it was good - I just am not crazy about macaroni and cheese - too much of the Kraft box stuff during college. Now I have a chocolate zucchini cake in the oven.

I never bake, but someone told me to make a white cake, &, when baked, punch holes in it, & pour over coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk & shredded coconut......may do it now that I have an oven once more....

I made pumpkin bread the other day from one of those Libby kits.....oh man is that GOOD!!! and for some reason I don't get the gluten reaction from that I normally get...very weird

We went to Tony Pepperoni's Pizza Buffet. We love that place. ☺

Roasted butternut squash, parsnips and bacon. Also leftover chicken Parm. which I dropped shattering the dish. DH, bless his heart cleaned up the mess while I changed then made a pork roll and cheese sandwich to go along with the roasted veggies. Wasn't in the plan, but I needed something else.

The ONLY vegetable I won't eat is Lima beans.
