Need to put some pork in the crockpot.
I don't care, I still want to visit New Guinea one day. - I'll just stay away from any dish called 'Rockefeller'.

I love pizza.
Stuffed pepper....
Randy and I shared some chili from the freezer.. wow after pulling weeds and eating that for lunch.. might have to go pass out.. but it was goooodddddd

Small pork roast with red beans and rice on the side.
- was out of lemons so I ended up paying 67¢ for one at the supermarket.. should have gotten a few last Saturday at the veggie market, they're 5/ $1.00 there, Ugh!!
I made a new to me grain, quinoa, which although did not look very appetizing, was very good. Healthy too.
Geez 67¢ for 1 lemon!!!!
Went to lunch with my nephew's wife had steak and blue cheese salad
Went to dinner to Irish Pub corned beef and cabbage boxty...YUM YUM and YUM
Wow - where's breakfast, Jen?!
Breakfast was at home
Gee, that's better than Thanksgivings!
Making steak, salad, and pasta tonight for the men. (Grrrrrr) I think I can advance to pudding tonight, so butterscotch it will be and for a snack I get a milk shake with Ensure in it. :-( YUK (How do you make a face w/a tongue sticking out?)
:-Þ
Thank you! Thats how I feel about Ensure!! LOL
lol! - chicken or ham flavored broth, maybe even a smoked ham shank could be boiled in water to make a broth and then add those tiny rice pasta noodles, would be a good change of pace..
Although obviously Ensure would be more nourishing all around .. yuck. (lol!)
- Maybe just as a change every now and then when you get really tired of the stuff and want to 'resurrect' your taste buds for awhile.. ☺
How did you do the mouth and tongue? I usually just use "p"
:-p
I feel sorry for you, Pixie....must be very frustrating cooking that delectable food, & facing jello or pudding...yuck. I'm taking my Mom out for lunch today, will have a corned beef sandwich tonight...not much left, my son ate like a wolf!
Yes but what a nice compliment when they eat like wolves. ^_^
Don't know where he puts it...he's 6'2", but only weighs 175.....
Jen;
Þ is a letter in old English, see:

To type it you have to have a keypad on your keyboard, just hold down the alt key while typing 0222. Then release the alt key. ☺
I'm planning to boil ribs and finish them on the grill and also grill corn on the cob which is now soaking in a pot of water. As long as it does not rain and stays sunny, it should be nice weather for grilling later this afternoon. ☺
Love ribs!!
Me too!!!!
Tacos tonight
so glad I can do :-Þ
Had French toast made with banana bread and some regular bread. Other stuff too. A nice change of pace.
teriyaki pork and pineapple kabobs, butternut squash, brussel sprouts and oatmeal scotchies for dessert
sounds great
Lol Jen! Cool!☺
Pork chops fried in an iron skillet in light olive oil, (used a hamburger press to fry 'em evenly..). White rice and kidney beans in a tomato sauce with pumpkin chunks. Corn on the cob for the veggie and a chocolate coated
'Ferrara' Cannoli for dessert.
