just smashed my toes on our kitchen table and boy let me tell you @###@@ OUCH !@#$$... IT HURTS LOL
one toe went south and one toe went west ! the other toes curled up ... how in the heck i did this .. ?
i was stretching my legs and " smash o roonie. "
i cried .. :( LOL
i may have to share that wheel chair with Cookie on friday ? LOLLL

OH Sue! OUCH is right, and there is not much the Dr. can do if it is broken. All you can do is tape them together for a few days!

Well, just finished the Bathroom, looks great.
Yesterday i went out a pulled most of the small jungle behind greenhouse.
Whew, what a job, broke a blood vessel in my middle finger, raining again, so hopefully it calms down, swollen & sore.
So, lets see...OMG, had to rescue a box from the flood in my basement!!
Some wedding photo's, that luckily didn't get ruined, but all the cards were soaked, was able to save most.
They are hanging on all the bar stools to dry. Now I have to go see what else is in the bottom of the cabinet, what ever it is most likely trashed.

Judy, I love the freecycle site; not only can we dispose of good items but we can also post what we might be looking for. There are times you did get some students (coming back in town now) who will get a little picky. Yesterday one called about a TV Kim has posted. Well, not it isn't a HDTV with blue ray and DVR!!!! Those we are using. LOL Another question is "are they new and still in the package?" Uh, no but they aren't junk either. Such is the life in a college town.

Sue, my toes hurt after reading your post. That is something I do frequently...you would think as old as I am I would remember each foot has toes on it. NOT!!! LOL

Judy, I'm so sorry your basement flooded. I am so glad that you'd be getting help to dry it up. Darn remind me of Stacey when her basement was flooded. I wish I had a basement but the water level doesn't permit it.

Marion, some churches will pick up 'throwaways'. Yes to college kids can be very picky!! I bet they can't find a better deal at Goodwill or eBay!!

I got quadruplicates!! Lolol. Kel will find stuffs left behind in stoves and fridges, even unopened bottles of champagne!! Now why don't the previous owners leave behind bags of money or real jewelry? Once there was a Crown Royal bag stuffed with costume jewelry.

LK, how are the grandkids. Are they still with you? If they get to your nerves, remember, tire them out!!!!

LOL! Yes, they are still here. So far they have been very good. If inlet them they would watch spongbob all day, or play games on my IPad or computer. But I limit the TV and games. I make them color, or get out the hot wheels or building blocks. Then early evening we go cool of in the blue walmart pool.

Oh my, that reminds me of my sister's kids. When they were here, all they want to watch was "Bob the Sponge" translated from English to French. Then they'd use up all my towels after the pool dip. Plus they had Kel running down the garden chasing after butterflies or if not playing badminton!
There was only one boy, but I swear there were 4!!

LOL! They can be so active. Seems like they are always hungry too!

Kel informed me that next month he'd be taking the formal training.. for a whole month! It was a last minute announcement by his sup. and that means I will have to look for someone to bring me to the doctor's. Now you all know I'm not a friendly person in this county! Lol!!!

They drink lots of water, but I keep a gallon jug in the fridge to keep it cold! Not too many soda's or kool aid, as the sugar gets them too hyper.

Hot ,Sticky ,muggy, miserable !!!!!!! Been trying to stay cool ,with little accomplishment........Computer room chair broke so I have to set on a kitchen chair and it kills my back ,so not on the PC very much.
Been riding the bike with Rick whenever we get the chance ,just to even get the cool off of the air in my hair....LOL

I'm 56 today. Years of succumbing to Gravity has shown its' effects to my body! Hair still red, though!
I spent the eve of my b'day all by myself, and when that clock struck midnight, I sang that b'day song surrounded by my indoor kitties! You could say that cat'erwauling was a cat'astrophe!
But I'm sure my cats were not cat'otonic at that time!!

I hope everyone is doing ok over here, I've been lurking and found the bad thing about that, when you actually have a minute to post you've forgotten everything that you read, so I won't be doing that anymore!!

Good Morning Ladies,
I've been so busy working around my mom's place that I've lost 8 pounds YAY!!!!!! LOL Calvin said if I keep working with him I'll be down to 135 by end of summer, don't think so. He worked two days putting up new lattice on the side of my mom's house by her bedroom it helps keeps the rain from beating against the house. He did a good job, mom is happy with it. Now she gets to paint it. I have been doing other things. Made a flower tower out of old pots and coffee pots I found sitting around. No flowers in it yet, but mom thought it was cute. Harlee is having a blast here, she has a huge yard to run around in. Every morning when I let her out to go potty she has to take off running like a mad dog, lol. Today I am going to dig and make a french drain around the patio. Every time we water the water just sits in one corner of the patio. My heart is still aching a little, but each day gets better. I will be picking my daughter and her family up from the airport tonight, they have been at Disney World since the 23rd. My daughter is not having fun, she said it is so hot that she gets sick to her stomach and has to force herself to eat. There were some girls from Italy taking pictures of my grandson and saying "You American boy, yes?" lol my daughter said it was funny. They took Taylor on the Areosmith Rock n Roll, roller coaster. Still haven't seen the pics yet, but my daughter said they are funny.

KID ROCK rocks!!!! Oh my gosh the concert was so GOOD!!!!!!!! Sheryl Crow was good to but nothing like Kid Rock. I do have some pics but need to get on my daughter's pc to upload them. Will post some later. I won't have internet connection until the 16th now.

I need to get my 3-B House swap started so off I go, follow me there ^_^
