Stay safe, Allison!

:)
stay safe Allison!
rain has turned to snow and is sticking.
1.51" so far.
nothing here, just gusty winds
Has not started to rain here as yet. Good luck to all NJ friends.
1.85" and still going.
another .61"
so that's .78" so far
2.05.
a couple of times I was woken up with the rain coming down so heavy... so far so good where we are... the police did say for those streets that do flood in town should evacuate last night.. some of the other areas are really bad.. saying it won't recede until tuesday or wed
Glad your ok Allison, the rain has started here.
We are at 34 going up to 45 with rain expected all day.
Glad you're ok Allison :)
46°, slight wind from the East at 6 mph and it's raining here.
After the wind storm passed by last night we started getting the rain. Not too bad here, so far minimal flooding, nothing unusual or extreme - yet. Storm now clearing out West to East, we should be out of the rain by this afternoon. High for today will be about 54° with winds from the South increasing to 16 mph.
Tonight we'll go down to 34° with a windchill of 28°.
just sprinkles so far - ready for some melting - it is nice to see that my stone arches have made it without falling so far. the thaw will be the true test for the larger one.
It's pouring!
Raining here....hope you are still safe, Allison. I'm afraid to open basement door, but will have to at some point......47 right now heading to 50.....still some snow left, don't know how!
they closed several streets in town.. we will see what the weekend brings.. the sun keeps peaking out now and then
Rained overnight. 45° now & has started to rain again. Mist rising from snow which is left creating a fog.
Rain is gone, sun trying to peek thru the clouds
Total of 1.03"
Total of 3.63 inches. That makes 9.15 inches since Sunday! Crazy.
Cloudy and 53.
that is a lot of rain - forgot to ask my wife about the rain at home.
That is a LOT of rain....could be worse...could be Japan...have you seen those videos?????
they sure are - japan just got hit with another 6.6 quake in nagano
They are literally sickening to watch. Shows how fragile life is.
Almost 13" for the year so far already, and that is not counting snow runoff.
Only about 11/2" here....you really got socked, Victor! How much would that have been in snow?
One inch of rain equals ten of snow!
Misty rain throughout the day. glad that it wasn't more snow.
Nice, Allison!
thanks
Olympus with a 70-300, cool! ☺
it is nice
onewish, we bought an inverter (for the house) that works off a car battery. We purchased it specifically for our sump pump, which has been running endlessly for the past 3 or 4 days. I think it originally came from Costco, but I'm not certain. We keep the battery charged from time to time with an auto charger.
I will have to look what the sub pump takes... I keep looking at these backup systems.. there are a lot with bad ratings... I am going to keep looking for the option that will work best
we got 4" of heavy wet snow. Calling for rain later next week.
We have a lot of puddles here, but that's it. Japan is heartbreaking.
Really sad
Seen huge puddles in some low lying yards, but that's about it here. We got less than expected
High today was 54°
