The sun is lovely today, & I finally finished knitting my granddaughter's sweater....only took me a year! Now I have to start one for the middle child.......
Coffee Break #54 Light at the end of the tunnel?
My little guy finished second in his den in the pinewood derby race. He qualified for the pack finals on Thu.
Congratulations!!
)))))))))))))Clapping((((((((((((((((((
Loud pipes so the idiots in their cages can hear us
So according to that UK study, people shouldn't ride bikes either
Well, I still ride my bike, with a helmut, but usually on a road. Slower speed, less injury.
Congrats to your little guy,Victor.
Thanks, all! No pics, as I've been suffering through a nasty sore throat and cold. I'll bring the camera on Th.
WOOHOO!! Victor's son. Feel better soon, V. Enjoyed your article on groundcovers again.
Congrats to the little guy Victor.
Thanks.
Victor, I salute you, and Mrs. Victor, on the labor it takes to raise kids properly.
The hardest job in the world.
The Most Important Job in the World.
Thank you. It certainly is a full-time job.
Yes, it is....and thankless as well! Glad to see he qualified for the big dance....good luck! And get better soon....it's been a nasty winter!
Here hear Victor, I agree great job! It is a thankless job until the Grand-kids come along! What a gift they are♥
The grands make all the teenage years worth it!
We'll see about that. ^_^ My little one gave me a coronary today when the bus never showed. He went to an after-school science class that we did not sign up for. Weirdest part is, though we have done it in the past, at this point it's more than halfway done and yet he decides - 'Well today is Monday, I go to Mad Science.' I wanted to kill him! I called the school from my car while waiting. Of course no one picks up. Did not want to drive there just in case the bus was late and would miss him. Finally, I did.
Yikes a coronary to say the least!
Oh, scary! I saw my grandkids today, & got the 3 best hugs! And a kiss on the lips from son's dog, Ollie, who snuck in when I was hugging the kids!
Look closely at your humming birds from now on.............

Sure... fill it up with an explosive and it becomes a neat little assassin drone.
ooohhh that drone is freaky
Kinda creepy when you think about it. New meaning to big brother watching!
Or little bird
Gives new meaning to, 'I heard it from a little bird.'
That would have worried me some Victor.
I swear I saw one of those drones the other day(funny I was thinking that it was a fake one too because I had recently read a book that talked about them)....I know the hummingbirds aren't up here yet and I saw something about that size hover then fly in front of my car
Wow, could have been, Jen....scary stuff! Oh, Pirl, I'm glad you got to Cabela's.....did you find my stepson?
I asked three people at Cabela's but they could only refer me to their Mike's by age. I guessed at the 40's but they said they had no Mike in that age range, Marilyn. Jack did buy shoes and socks.
The last remaining WW1 vet dies at 110. Wow.
awwwww
God rest his soul.
Wow is right. I have my dad's medal for The Great War for Civilization since it wasn't referred to as WW I until WW II occurred.
Was also the war to end all wars. Didn't quite work out that way.
Sadly.
Was really savage too. Chemical weapons. Nasty.
Well how about the Civil war with the canon balls and bayonets...ever see The Patriot?
My uncle/Godfather suffered all of his life from the shrapnel wounds he received. Nasty!
My grandfather died from his leg injury from WWI
