I know a lot of them drink those energy drinks like "Red Bull" etc and they are SOOOO bad for you. Increases the heart rate and then they are playing a sport on top of that, even that young the heart can just not take it

And yes, I'm looking to get supine on the couch shortly, WC!! lol We've had Hank's brother visiting all week and now that he is on a plane, we are recovering from a nice visit. I have a lot to catch up on, and hope to do that shortly. I have two puppies lying on the floor with their feet in the air, and I'm thinking of joining them. lol It's nice to be missed! I'm going to go in and have a rare daytime nap now! Last week I did that and it ended up being a 3-hour snooze!! Unprecedented for me! AND I actually slept at night that night! It will be a family nap in our nice clean bedroom. We spent the morning doing a major cleaning of the curtains and every nook and cranny. Spring cleaning has begun! The girls are giving me that look like I'm holding up the show. Seeya later! :) Thanks again for all the nice posts!!!
