Yep, we'll finally get to meet her.

Hmmm I thought that Kathy had met a few of the other Sistahs also. They went to her house. BJ and ???????? I remember seeing a pix of them when I first joined.

Yay Jaye, thank you!! The mood I'm in this morning it's probably a good thing you gave me permission to goof off lol!

Kathy is a hoot! She and I talk at least once a week, and unless we're crying, we're laughing our heads off! (I was wondering about the MMM, too, Jaye...thought we were talking meatballs there for a minute...)

Yes, I'm proud to say that I'll be the only one who has made it to all of the Sistahs reunions, unless we get a last minute from Deborah, or original Georgia Peach!

There were 5 of us at Kathy's house the first year. IT WAS SUPPOSED to be 6, but due to a death in the family, Marion had to bow out. So it was Kathy, Audrey, BJ, Deborah, and ME!

How many years have y'all been having the reunions?

This will be the 3rd annual get together with number 4 being scheduled for Judy/Seedtossers in 2011.

just ran over the garden hose with my new lawn mower, and the hose is stuck around all 3 blades, now it sits in the back 40 cuz i can't move it,
called hubby and told him he needed to come home, said he will try to come in the morning. he can't know cuz he's in a pow wow with the state.
says there is a cemetary across the street, he can get joyse rocks with names already on them

Still haven't heard from the hospital, so guess I'm going to have to call them and see when they are going to do angiogram. Just wish we didn't have to go into Los Angeles to the hospital, it is about 30 miles. I guess that is where all the tests and heart surgery is done.

Pegi, I'd be worried too if the hospital takes its' time to schedule an appointment for your DH.
A 30 mile journey ain't that bad.. so that's about an hour considering L.A's traffic?
My heart surgery was done in a hospital 2 hours away from home, and poor Kel wasted 4 hours a day on the road, for a week.
Still praying for the best for your DH.

Well, I'm going back to bed after I check on the other threads. Hobbling here and have to nurse this bad back..

I'm home!!!! Tired but had a very good trip--quality time with my Mom so that makes it a good trip. Will finish reading everything tomorrow--going to get horizontal now.
