Nothing yet! I will post as soon as I hear anything!
Thanks for all the concern and prayers!

LK, I told Kel about it, and immediately his nieces who are around her age, came to mind.
He says most teenagers nowadays don't understand the word "consequences".
We truly hope Daisy is not harmed.

Her Mom just called, and sais she called late lasrt night. She does not want to come home, and won't say where she is. She says they are buying her all she wants and needs! She called the sherrif department to see if the call could be traced, and after the proper paper was submitted, Sprint says sorry, if she is a run a way, she may be in danger so they won't release the phone number! Pretty sad huh?
Anyway, she is OK for now!

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

We can cling on to hope, LK!! PTL she's called. That's one good step.

Chris, love tha smile! She is so pretty! Thanks for sharing pictures. Give her big hugs for us!
How old is she now?

(Chris) Des Moines, IA(Zone 5a)

Thanks :) I'm kinda partial to her lol..

Linda Kay, she's 6 months old..driving her mom crazy cause she's rolling over now and Jess doesn't want her sleeping on her stomach..but she's bound and determined that she wants to :)

Here's one showing her doing her best to get turned onto her stomach..her arm keeps getting in the way and she works so hard to do it LOL..

Awe, that is so cute. Yep, once she starts learning to move like that, they can't stop her. She is old enough now to be safe on her tummy I think?

(Chris) Des Moines, IA(Zone 5a)

I would think so, but Jess has always been very overprotective of her kids, so I'm not surprised that she's having fits about it LOL

Speaking of moving, Jess was walking at the age of 9 months (not just a couple of steps, but all over the place walking!)..so I'm waiting to see if Kailey does the same thing :)

(Audrey) Dyersburg, TN(Zone 7a)

My oldest dd was like that! She took steps at 7 mo., walked great at 8 and ran at 9! And she never slowed down!

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

LK - my thoughts and prayers are with Daisy. I hope she realizes what she's doing (without any harm coming to her) and that she gets back home!
Chris - that is one determined little girl - she'll turn sooner than anyone expects, and if she wants to sleep on her tummy, Mommy's just gonna have to Let Her ^_^

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

I'm here!!
I realised I don't have that much hours to myself!!
But God's been so good to me as to give me some energy to do some weeding.
Yikes, we have briars taking over the iris beds and I didn't know that artemesias can be invasive.
Hope you all have a wonderful day today.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I just talked to the neighbor, and she told me that Daisy is back home. The sherrif was cruising one of the neighborhoods last night, and caught a bunch of young girld with older men, and hauled them all off to jail. Daisy was one of those girls. Well, they called the Mom, and when she got to the jail, the sherriff told Mom he wanted to talk to the girl straight forward, so she gave them permission. The sherriff told Daisy, that her Mom was here but not to take her home, but to sign paperwork for her to go the juvinile detention. Daisy did not believe it at first, so after about an hour, they called the Mom in, and she told Daisy the same thing, I am not taking you home. I am going to sign the papers and you will go to juvenile home. Then she left the room. Daisy did not know what to think, she stayed there with the officer and talked some more, while another officer told Mom to go home for a few hours, and give Daisy time to think. By the time Mom got back, Daisy was in tears, and so apologetic. She finally brought her home about midnight, and she went back to school today, wearing no make up, and wearing girl clothes, not clothes like a hooker. Mom threw all those clothes away and told her no more.
I am so glad she is taking a firm stand. I know tough love is hard, but sometimes you have to.
Thanks for all your prayers!
I am off to feed Squeeky, and hopefully she will let me sleep tonight.

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

LK, I posted in the other building.
Yes tough love is necessary for Daisy. Rather tough love than losing her forever or worse, to childhood prostitution.

Lolol... I know Squeeky appreciates her new Momma!!

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Awesome LK!! I'm so glad mom is standing up, there are so many who don't and just let their kids do whatever. I applaud her, that is extremely hard to do. YAY!!!

Squeeky is so cute!!! Because cats are nocturnal it makes it difficult on us parents when they're kittens, but over years they convert to whatever hours the parents are up. Tiga did, she sleeps all night in bed. I think she gets up and gets a bite to eat and whatever, but always comes right back to bed where momma is. LOL

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

I did not know that about cats! That is why she is up all night!
Thanks

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

I musta missed the pic of squeeky..... could you post it again, pls?

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Susan, any hits on your house yet?

no one's come to see it - lots of hits on the site, though
Thanks for asking Crissy

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

awwwwwwwwwww squeeky's adorable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Susan, we are still praying that special person will see the ad, and fall in love with it! Praying it sells fast for you!

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Same here Susan. Don't give up.

Crissy is right. Our cats tend to be more rambunctious in the evening.
When they get to be unbearable, we lock them up in the sunroom/gh!!!
The only cats that have the same sleeping schedule as us, are the two oldest!

I'm sure Squeeky has already gained an oz. LK!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

In her fat belly! LOL!

(Cindy) Auburn, CA(Zone 10a)

Hello Ladies,
HOO RAY!!! Bowling banquets are over. It has stopped raining for a few days, will be nice and warm now for awhile. And the best news of all:

Taylor is well and going back to school tomorrow. Wanted to go today but doctor did not send the release form to the school. So today is my last day of babysitting, and I can now spend my time outside. I have lots of tiny plants to get in the ground, that I started from seed.

Hope ya all have a "Good Day"

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Praise God, she is all better! Another prayer answered!!!

(Cindy) Auburn, CA(Zone 10a)

She is still going to see a specialist next Friday. They think she has lupus.

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Make sure they know what they are doing. My Mom was told she had lupus years ago, and was taking strong steroids for years, then that Dr. died, and when she saw the new Dr. he told her she never had it and the meds had done a lot of damage to her. It is a very hard disease to properly diagnose!

(Barb) Manchester, NH(Zone 5a)

Good heads up LK.

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Oh please dear Lord, let the doctor makes the right diagnosis for Taylor.
Never knew of anyone that has Lupus. This makes interesting reading.

Taylor was her old self today. Good color dark circles gone from underneath her eyes. And very HAPPY she is going to school tomorrow. Even my daughters mood was lighter. Her and hubby will be celebrating their 6th wedding anniversary on Saturday. My how time flies.

Tulsa, OK(Zone 7a)

Cindy, prayers for her results and they are good drs. to..

Hi ,everyone blessings all.

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

I bet Taylor's glad to be with her friends again!
Please tell your DD "Happy Anniversary" and that I pray their marriage lasts a lifetime!!!

Hi there Twyla. Blessings to you too, and may today be a pain free day for you.

Sistah Judy has started her own thread on their 25th anniversary vacation. http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/1092938/

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Yay Cindy!!! Great to hear that news! I worked with a lady who had Lupus for a short period of time, don't know the details of it, she was nuts anyway so I stayed away from her. She used her disease for everything she did wrong until she was finally let go, then about 3 1/2 years later after all had been long forgotten she applied for a job. NOT!!

Awesome!! Going to Judy's thread!

Winnipeg, MB(Zone 3b)

Hello everyone - just popping in to say "HI"
Take care, and God bless!!!

TabacVille, NC(Zone 7a)

Hiya Crissy!

Love you Susan!!!

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

If she does have lupus, she needs to stay out of the sun!

Fayetteville, AR(Zone 7b)

Hi everyone at 2am! Severe weather, 79 tornado warnings in the state of Arkansas alone between 7pm and midnight, two storm lines, one just east and one just west of us, nothing but tornadoes. We're in a high risk zone until 7am and a tornado watch until now I believe, they extended it until 4am but they might have retracted that. I'm not sure. All I know is this is the first time since about 6:00pm I haven't heard thunder in the distance.

And I didn't get a relaxing Friday :( And tomorrow is supposed to be round 2 for us. :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( and many more.

Here's some reports:

http://www.accuweather.com/index.asp

I'll see everyone tomorrow, well, later today, I'm going to try to get some sleep.
