I love the phlox. Is this picture the same thing. Jo got this from somewhere last year and neither of us has a clue as to what it is.

I had no idea the knock outs would get that big. I wanted to cut them back but Jo wanted to leave them this year. They have to come down next year.

Venice, I have the same thing going on in my sunroom. You can't even walk in there! But the night temps are still getting too cold, I'm afraid to bring them out yet.

Thanks Venice and jjsgramma, Candy Tufts is what we have. Your pic is much better than mine.

I know you are right about the Knock Outs, Lynnie. This fall they have to come down. The reason I cut the azaleas down in front of the house was because they got higher than the windows. I would have to prune them so hard that they never bloomed. At least cutting the knock outs back won't hurt the bloom.

Mine has been growing a few years Jim, but won't take yours long to catch up. They grow pretty fast here.

I don't like shrubs covering windows, either, I think it looks messy.
I drive past a house on my way to work with a beautiful garden, I want to take a picture of it, haven't had a chance the traffic is pretty busy.
