Eye rib roast in slow cooker w/ potatos, carrots, onion, celery. Homemade Coconut Cream Pie. What else is needed?

I used this recipe for the rib eye roast, it was an 8 pounder so had to go in the oven

Husband dont like anything cooked with wine. We will have it tonight, he "might" take some to work tomorrow. Then what ever is left will get chopped up, put in a pot with some beef broth and what ever else is need and will become - stew.

Where did you get spinach & feta pierogies, Deb? Wegmans? I bought some for the 1st time last week....potato & onion, but I put them in the freezer,,,I've never had them.

Those were from Wegmans, their brand frozen, they were pretty good, but I have gotten them from a local Polish restaurant that are outstanding.

Tonight was chicken, mashed potato/gravy, peas and corn. Comfort food.
