Wells, TX(Zone 8b)

I read on another thread that trish loves coneflower and would like some for their new place.. so if anyone has any to spare that would be a nice gift for them..

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

I gave up on coneflowers. They always look ratty for me.

Wells, TX(Zone 8b)

I started white swan, rose queen and magus from seed this year and right now they are really tiny...lol.. Ive got a few going but they are too small to give as a gift.. I love the look of them and Im trying to to get them going in my beds.. We shall see..

Sealy, TX

Blkraven - thanks for the althea.
Ceejay - darn, you just keep posting things I really love and need! If you have any guara left, I'd love one! I had the siskyou pink but it didn't survive the winter.

I wish I had more to offer this year!

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

I gotta tell you how surprised I was to see that gaura! Putting your name down...

Willis, TX(Zone 9a)

ceejaytown; thanks for the offer - I'd love to try a mock orange. Jan

Humble, TX

Sandy and Annette, I got you down, but cross your fingers. Neither one has shown signs of life and I have only been able to get the bananas up after a hard rain.

I am also waiting for the hibiscus to show signs of life. Does anyone else have buds on their hibiscus plants right now?

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

Not me Tabitha... I do know one has green near the base where I scratched it.. Lots of leaves coming on the Hydrangeas though

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

I think my hibiscus are goners. Those are the tropical varieties.

Jan - Giving you a mock orange...

New Waverly, TX(Zone 8b)

My firespike is coming back. I may have some to trade. We'll see.

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

Carolyn.. I had a few that were called the Mallows... but I think they must have been the tropicals, cause they are deader that a wedge! I won't buy anymore of those for sure. I want more perennials.. things that don't break my back over and over..LOL

New Waverly, TX(Zone 8b)

I have some Chameleon Plant if anyone wants some.

New Waverly, TX(Zone 8b)

ilovejesus99, I have you down for the chameleon plant and gingers.

The more I am able to work in the yard, the more I keep finding.

Blkraven2, I have a variegated dwarf umbrella plant, it's actually a sedge, I think. Would you like to have some of that???

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

Annette.. after reading about the chameleon plant .. makes me wonder.. but I do love it! Is it invasive for you?? If not ,please put me down for a couple and find something we can trade for on my list!!

New Waverly, TX(Zone 8b)

Yes, Becky, it is, but I didn't know you could grow it in a pot. Let me know.

Wells, TX(Zone 8b)

is it the kind for a water /bog area if so Id love some...Im not looking for a dwarf Schefflera arboricola

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

Annette.. Thanks, but I think I'd still like one... they are sooo pretty... maybe putting it in dryer partial shade would help it not to be so aggressive or invasive? It's so pretty I think I'll take a chance!! Thanks!!

Buffalo, TX(Zone 8b)

Beck, is there anything I can trade you for some more of the cleaning pads like you shared with me when you were here? I wore 'em out, but they are quite awesome. If I knew where to buy them, I'd order some. Any clue?

Charlene
P. S. We planted four different kinds of blueberries and we added some thornless blackberries also. Let me know how the raspberries work out, because I want to try them next year.

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

Charlene.. shhhhh...LOL.. Timmy gets them from work.... but I'll bring you some... in fact I need to remember to tell him to bring me more. They are priceless aren't they?? LOL.. that wasn't meaning you owe me anything..LOL. Ella .. starlight said the raspberries probably won't do well since we are almost in zone 9.. but I'll let you know.Hope the blueberries do well for you.. they should!

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

The photo is after they were dug...so the flowers are suffering a little...they have more vigor otherwise
Nice frangrance
