Gulf Coast RU trades

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

Charlene - Got you down for the elderberry. It is a tree, unlike the Queen Anne's Lace...

We worked in the yard today- it was beautiful outside, and today we discovered some Gulf coast muhly for trade.

Frostweed - the speedwell you gave me a few years back has developed nicely and is in full bloom. I just LOVE it!

The Woodlands, TX(Zone 9a)

Did y'all notice that when you click on the link to your trades summary post, you are unable to edit it in that state? You then have to click on the title "Gulf Coast RU Trades", which will take you to your spot and you can edit it then. I don't recall having to do that before... Maybe I just don't remember.

Sealy, TX

Blkraven - Yes, ma'm I'll have a crinum for you.

Becky - could I please get one of your white brug noids and one of the altheas?

And thanks to Lee and Charlene for your generosity!

Deb

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

You're welcome Deb!!

Becky

New Waverly, TX(Zone 8b)

Becky, I would like one of the Rubis Red Confederate Roses, please.

(Becky) Colmesneil, TX(Zone 8b)

I have your name on 1 Anne.. Thanks!

Baytown, TX(Zone 9b)

I would love to have any size pots anyone has to get rid of. I would also love to have any brugs as I had good luck rooting quite a few and lost all of them in the freeze. I am so heart broken as I was too sick to save all 25 + of my plumerias.

Sealy, TX

Charlene - I have agapanthus and see that's on your list. Do you want me to get some for you? And I have 2 really big fig trees that I'll try and root a few cuttings from. (If anyone knows a good way to do this, please let me know!)

Deb

Sealy, TX

CJ - Do I have anything you'd like to trade for some of your gulf coast muhly? I love the ornamental grasses!

dstarr I take cuttings of my neighbors fig all the time although I am not sure yet if the cuttings made it through the freeze,
I make a diagonal cut and stick them straight into a pot of dirt. I usually have great success.

If anyone wants anything on my trade list let me know as soon as you can. I fell three months ago and landed on my right shoulder. I went to the Dr today as it has gotten worse not better and he thinks I tore my rotator cuff. I need to schedule an MRI and possibly need surgery. So the sooner I know what anyone wants I will be able to take my time and slowly get it ready. I love sharing.

Deb

New Waverly, TX(Zone 8b)

Got you down, Deb!

Willis, TX(Zone 9a)

Okey-dokey boys and girls. I didn't have the gardens many of you do but lost more than I could afford to with the cold.

This is what it looks like I can bring (sorry list that it is.....next time will be better, I promise):

small loquat starts
clerodendrun bungi (cashmere bouquet or mexican hydrangea)
liriope (always, always need thinning)
spearmint plants
and can start confederate rose cuttings if anyone is interested

Also have a three tier plastic divided planter that I've never used and won't. Stands about 18" high and each tier is the same 3 divided container. Goes together with stacks slightly askewed from the one lower. I originally thought I could use it for cool weather plants (violas, petunias etc) but it's been 3 years and I haven't unpacked it yet. Jan

TO: Beck5711 planter and liriope (lots left) plus one azalea
Annette M loquat (lots left)
Ginger-girl 1 beautyberry, 5 amaryliss & 2 kalanchoe
ilovejesus99 amaryliss
blackraven2 spearmint

Adding for available- garlic chives
half a dozen no name amaryliss (these are white with red stripes the length of the flower
1) encore azalea (Autumn Embers) - not illegally propagating- purchased last year & I haven't enough sun for it
