hi all! just got in from work, dh fixed the furnace and it's all nice & warm. None of us were home today so it wasn't a big deal. Guess our oil level had gotten low and it stalled the flow, not enough pressure. Oil man came today.
Even the hairspray bottle is working *grin* (not that I need it right now).
Kassy glad I can't smell that thing online! lol

Had whole grain spaghetti for supper....with hamb, green peppers and onions on it.
It was thin spaghetti and DH wanted to know if it was for little kids not much to it.

Well JJ I think you could have added a loaf of whole grain french bread with a stick of butter on it and been fine ha ha ha Boy I'm a lot of help! Ok I'll be good (maybe)

We got 3 inches more last night. They say more is coming. Yesterday morning, it took me about 15 minutes to get out of my parking space! The sun melted the snow down to the ice. My tires got a good workout. Too bad I don't have 4-wheel drive. I am parking in a different spot now.

It is a good thing we go to the Vet on Friday. I am so upset with Kitty. I got up yesterday and she had knocked over my triangle palm that was looking so nice. And she even chopped on the very top branch!

Then she knocked over my glass of water on my desk twice. I thought I had it securely anchored but she is so smart about some things.

And this morning! What can I tell you. I have 8 bandaids on my wrists and arm!!! She gets so crazy sometimes. I wish I knew what to do for her.

Has Kitty been fixed Venice? Sometimes that calms them down a lot. Yeaaaa JJ, I'm excited for ya, get that man busy! Coat cube steak with flour and salt and pepper, put in crock pot and add a can of cream of mushrooms soup and a can of milk. Let cook 4 hours on low after High until it gets to simmering and all you need is bread to finish the meal, can add potatoes too if ya want. Good stuff.

No Lynn, that pointie part will not unfurl. That is what they call the tongue in devils tongue. Down lower on that, are the female and male parts that need to be fertilized in 24 hours.
Hmmmm, now where am I going to get a fly in Wisconsin in the winter?

We don't need it fertilized, we have plenty of baby bulbs from it. ^_^

Kassy, to fertilize it, you could tape 2-3 qtips together or tape one to a skewer. I think it would be cool to see the seeds. I wonder if any of the girls would like a couple of seeds.

Venice, let the air out of your tires down to about 20 pounds and you can get better traction on the ice. It won't hurt them to do this for a while.

Thanks Jim! I probably won't be going out until tomorrow. I think we are to have another 4 inches tonight. So that will be 7 inches on top of the 6 inches that we got the other day. So think of me when you are sunbathing in that southern beautiful weather.

Hey, what happened with those tomatoes that you planted in the straw? Didn't you plant different kinds of basil also?

I am not sure that I know what fresh chives taste like. I know I don't like them dried.
