Found Moon's Marbles

(Zone 5b)

I don't like wet feet either Moon *grin*
she keeps biting them and throwing them out, I keep telling her to give it to me if she doesn't like! lol they're not typical chocolates, they're specialty chocolates. And all dark.

Kenmore, NY(Zone 6a)

OH NO! THE HORROR!

STOP THAT GIRL RIGHT NOW, LYNNIE!

Not the dark cho-o-ocolat-t-t-te ... (( whine )) (( whine ))

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Lynnie, would it be ok for your daughter to cut them in half? If she doesn't like what she sees, she can just stick them back together and without biting into them.

Kenmore, NY(Zone 6a)

Venice, you're so smart!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Sounds like Venice has bitten into one or two of those surprise chocolates before...like the maple syrup ones....grin

(Zone 5b)

ok I guess now is the time to confess my weird thing with chocolates.....I don't like them being touched or split open and then left in the box, and I don't like the empty wrappers being removed till the chocolates are gone if there's a map, because then the chocolates will slide out of place. There's no map on this box, but there are HINTS on the chocolates about what flavor they are...and they're pretty. Some are in the shape of leaves, or have little mints on them, or crowns, or special foil.....kid already has half of them figured out.

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

I use to bite into all the chocolates and if I didn't like them, I would put them back in the box. It was a good thing that no one at the time minded eating half eaten candy. But I sure would if someone else did that!

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Lynnie, those chocolates sound really good!

And if they were MY chocolates, I would guard them!

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

I just squish them and see what oozes out.
But I don't like the creme ones. Like the caramel and the nuts. AND milk chocolate.

Don't blame your DD Lynnie I would be spitting them out.....lol

(Zone 5b)

venice that would kill me! lol!

(Zone 5b)

JJ! No! No squishing! I like my chocolates in PRISTNE condition, untouched by human hands, you know like willy wonka!

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Gotta watch it V...Lynnie is the chocolate Sheriff....grin Unhand those chocolates little villain....grin

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

Lynnie you had brothers and sisters, you should be use to that kind of sharing

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

If you want them pristine and untouched you should have left them in the car.
That's what I think..grin..

(Zone 5b)

maybe that's why I hate it lol

Prairieville, LA(Zone 9a)

Sloppy seconds to the younger ones...older B&S's get the good stuff...grin

(Zone 5b)

they were already in the house when i got home from work. I'm going to eat another one right now.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

You too Moon and Don't work so hard.

Lynnie were you the oldest?

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

In that case you ought to be glad they ALL didn't have a bite out of them. lol

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

Lynnie, if they were my chocolates, I wouldn't want anyone messing with them. Not even one finger print!

JJ, squeezing them. That is gross!

(Zone 5b)

yeah i was #6 out of 8, and they were mean as snakes *grin*

mmmph...the crown one is caramel....

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

JJ, who eats the chocolates that you squeeze and that you don't eat?

(Zone 5b)

age wise i was the 'middle' if you can have a middle kid with 8. but #6 out of 8 , 2 younger than me, 5 older

(Zone 5b)

I bet JJ just throws those out

oooh this one is like a chunky bar but dark

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

But that made you tough..Lynn.

Venice squeezing isn't as bad as taking a bite and putting it back..least I didn't leave slobber.

Lynnie you decide which is worse, sqeezing or biting?

(Zone 5b)

well you know I'm conscious of body fluids JJ *grin* so I don't like slobber on my food
Venice probably does that when she's by herself, you know, not with company around ;)

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

No I feed them to the grandkids...or DH
If they won't eat them they get thrown out.

Everyone knows now to buy the all nut ones for me

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

Thats a nice way of saying I WIN....right?

(Zone 5b)

oh this one actually tastes like a TANGERINE! I bet it's loaded with vit C.

(if i eat the whole box now, i can work it off at the gym over the weekend...let's see the box is probably 5 million calories, in 20 mins on the crosstrainer i can burn 200 calories if i go fast the whole time, that will take what the whole year to burn off the chocolates...)

(Zone 5b)

well if i HAD to pick either you squishing my chocolates or venice biting them an dputting them back...i think I'd have to get my own box.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

Keep going Lynnie, I'll save ya some of my jeans. LOL

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

If someone didn't mind eating chocolates that had bites taken out of them, then it doesn't matter. But I haven't done that in years!

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

BRUCK BRUCK Lynnie

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

You're right Venice and kids don't care.
Just razzing you.....grin......

(Zone 5b)

I don't like them squished OR bitten lol once they are they're ruined.

and now I want pizza.

Woodhull, IL(Zone 5a)

LOL pickey pickey

Bet you eat anchovies on that pizza...

Indianapolis, IN(Zone 5b)

No wonder I'm round... my pristine box is at work. Coworker got my goodies for me (the one I do the taxes for) it says 'dark chocolate' on it. I was so tempted to bring it home, so glad I didn't.

Delhi, LA

When we were leaving from Germany, several years ago, our daughter's next door neighbor gave us a big box of German Chocolate as a going away present. Didn't notice until we got home that they were whiskey filled. Best chocolates I ever ate, er I think. My memory wasn't to good after the half dozen.
