Anyone want to come here for lunch? Boss is leaving for FL tonight, my coworker's last day is Friday, so he wanted to do her going away lunch today. We went hog wild, we have white pizza, an antipasto, fettuccine alfredo with broccoli, eppie rolls, stuffed jalapeno peppers, ziti, meatballs, stuffed shells, bread....

You name it, it's probably here. Our whole conference table is filled with food.

I couldn't eat the peppers, too hot for me! :( I forgot they don't take the seeds out.

Sounds like a Nummy lunch...wish I had Flowers/Dixie's BW...would be there in a flash....napkin tucked.

It's a really good restaurant, too. Generous portions, and not too pricey.

Think I may have to send DH out for calzones...might as well get something out of him today...frustration runs high when there is a lot to do...grin

hey they weighed me less at the dr's, even with clothes & boots on, so my scale must be messed up. Guess I'll check my weight at the gym before I go crazy about it.

I think if he asks one more time "what do you want me to do?" I will strangle him. I gave him a list of things he can do WITHOUT me, and told him to just pick something and do it....he has had the list for 2 weeks, and has completed one thing, but has probably asked a dozen times "Is there something I can help you with?" Last response was through clenched teeth....LOOK AT THE LIST AND PICK SOMETHING TO DO, Dear. So he sits down at the computer to enter the list into his planner.....DDJan may get here in time for the funeral and arraignment......

I know you know this Moon, but DD doesn't really give a hoot about the house.

You are right about the house in general, but I am interested in making room for 4 house guests for a month, with one of them being 10 months old. Floors, Carpet must be clean and everything must be baby proofed.....grin If I am gonna do that much cleaning, then might as well do ALL the spring cleaning....I do have a priority list, and there is a lot of stuff that is low priority that I don't worry about. Finding a place for all the stuff that is "camping" in the guest room is a priority. I HATE having to rely on anyone for help, but some of the furniture that must be moved, I just can't do on my own....sigh. Oh well. I will figure it out.....grin. Sometimes just need to rant a bit.....grin

Somehow I think mine is going to be there for awhile. I have a big hole in the kitchen wall now...going to get bigger as soon as I empty the bottom cupboards.

I agree Moon if going to all that work might as well have it all done. More time to play outside when it finally gets nice, warm and dry. :)

JJ I had VIRTUAL buffet at Smiley's...that's totally different. And I'm still sitting here waiting to feel full. It ain't happening. I have picked the chocolate chips out of all the cookies. (fewer calories than eating the whole cookie).

frankly the kids didn't put enough chips in the cookies to start with...I don't have a sweet tooth, I just like dark chocolate. Hey did you ever try that Breyers triple chocolate ice cream? Is it good.

his skin does look a little dry

my problem is that extra cardio last week, I'm hungry for a week if I do any extra. Then that day without food, Monday, when I worked 12 hours.

But I like the banana split ice cream..

See there another good excuse not to exercise..going to make me hungry and I can't afford to be any more hungry than I am all ready. :)

I am backwards I guess. If I eat in the morning I am hungry all day..if I can get through the morning without eating anything I am fine the rest of the day. Once I start eating I want to eat all the time. Not hungry just want to munch on something.

JJ,Theodore does have baths,he HATES it ,then I just rub his shell gently with a soft cloth....grin,and he doesn't like that either:}He says thanks for saying he's cute:}
Lynnie,it's strange ,his skin looks really scaly,but it's soft to the touch,except on his feet near his claws.
Milk choc's my favourite.....

Milk chocolate is my favprite too. Dark chocolate is to bitter.

Yes,I've tried to like dark choc,cos it's meant to be better for you,still don't though.

I have a feeling someone is going to be doing a lot of sanding...now he really wants to leave it open. I still say NO.
