Ham steaks, black beans and rice, and some veggie to be determined.
Eye roast, baked potatoes, corn, salad. Maybe some roasted brussel sprouts too.

Everything sounds so yummy!
My mouth is watering!!!
Eggplant parm and bow tie pasta(we usually have angel hair with it, I didn't realize we don't have any and I just got back from shopping)
Yes, really! Some good ones today.
Pot Roast, the one I should have made yesterday... (lol)
Anyone remember the radio commercial for Ronzoni pasta from about 15 or 20 years ago. The 'wife' pasta was fooling around, when her husband, 'Rigatoni' suddenly walks in. 'Vermicelli!!', he screams at the lover. I just can't remember her name. It was very cute.
I don't recall that one.
I don't remember that one either....how about "that's a spicy meatball? or "I'm just picking"
Sure - I remember them. And, 'I can't believe I ate the whole thing...'
.........."Give it to Mickey..he'll eat anything!"
Randy does not remember that one Victor.. and every time I say it he looks at me strange.. just another reminder about our age difference
I remember that one, Joyce!
Which one, Allison? "I can't believe..."?
Made baby back beef ribs slow cooked, marinated siloin tips and custard (yuk) yesterday.
Today it may be meatloaf, or just Cheeseburger Deluxe! I've been craving a juicy burger with lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo and bacon on top!
Wow - expecting the end of the world soon, Celeste?!! ^_^
LOL Nope, it's just been really cold, keeps the house warm. Best part is, no one is says "There's nothing to eat!" ^_^
Pixie - I made the ribs too.
Slow cooked with beer and KC - my favorite.
I love ribs, pork ribs especially when they melt right off the bone. ^_^
pork loin here tonight
I think I'll be doing a kiddie meal tonight of fish sticks or just leftover eggplant? hmmm real exciting.
Penne with gravy as my No. End buddy would say,(tomato sauce) and leftover bread pudding nuked up warm and vanilla ice cream.
Patti, what do you put in your bread pudding?
i am guessing - bread w/pudding
I use sweet bread with raisins, about 10 to 12 slices cut into 1" cubes.
2 cups milk
4 eggs
¾ cup sugar
1tsp. vanilla extract
2Tbls butter or margarine
1tsp ground cinnamon
Bake at 350º for 40-45 mins
There are many versions of this. Most are a variation on these ingredients.
Melt butter in milk in micro wave or on top of stove in sauce pan till butter just melts
Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon together and pour over bread cubes in baking dish. mix together
Stir in milk mixture
bake in 350 preheated oven, serve with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream or vanilla white sauce.

Sirloin steaks, twice baked potato, asparagus. Which I better go get started.
Chili, using a variation of a Lipton onion soup recipe.
DS and I had mac and cheese. DH and DD had leftover lasagna.
oops sorry.. it's the "can't believe I ate the whole thing"
I've said that a few times. ^_^
Got my Cheeseburger deluxe tonight.
nice!!
I was going to make Shepherd's Pie for last night's dinner. It ended up to be fish sticks and french fries, as the 'couple' had to go out early and that was quick. So, it will be the Shepherd's Pie for tonight. I still have those left over mashed potatoes from Sunday's dinner!
I LOVE Shepherd's Pie but hubby doesn't so I haven't had it in years.
The kids had fish sticks last night.
bbq sauce meatloaf tonight
