JJ, since your house is so old, are you qualified to get some compensation to seal up your house? Or a tax credit of something? Also, could your house be put on the registry of historical houses? Just a thought.

There are a few tax credits Venice if I put in new windows, furnace and the like ...but mine are not that old well about 20 yrs or so and would cost a lot to do.

Not histrical in Woodhull there are a lot of these big old houses here, 4 in my block alone. think the whole town is historical...lol

help! I got locked in the zoo! I was in the aquarium feasting on turtle eggs and they shut off the lights and locked the doors!

Yes they will, but have to admit some of it is my fault. I don't like to run around with a ton of clothes on so can't move so my thermostat is set on 70 and there it will stay day and night.
Seems like there is always 2 or 3 tv's going and no one but me shuts off a light.
And then the garage is on the same bill and DH lives out there, so TV, lights and blower for the wood burner are going out there plus whatever he's working with

Locked in the zoo is better than getting it with the tranquilizer gun...LOL

right JJ I'd hate to be tranquilized *grin*

Lynnie, I don't quite understand. I thought there was only Dave. But he was working for a company? And now that company was sold to another company. What am I missing here?

I guess Namemedia owned it but sold it to Internet Brands.
